For small business is vary expensive way to manage you money . Better to learn accounting and manage the money in ledgers . Than you can apply a policy of distribution.
How would you deal with multiple projects. Our business is real estate and each property has a operating and savings account. Would you look at them individually with your method or consolidate all 32 bank accounts to plan out the cash flow.
Not sure if anyone has answered, I would consider the legality to each property. If you blend them and get sued, will they have access to your pool of money from all your other properties. My gut says keep it separate. But I’m no expert. Just my two cents

what proof is there this actually improves business results? The anxious, perfectionist types over-index on perceived order.
How many business have you scaled? How about you listen to the guy that’s done it a few dozen times…

Yes, we do. The key is to actually move the cash around. It helps with reporting but it's mostly a psychological thing.
