Just in case anyone's wondering, the "which does more DPS?" question isn't even hyperbole. An sc1 zergling does 14.88 dps without adrenal. An sc1 scout does 6.35 to ground. One zergling literally does more dps than two scouts. More than three if it has adrenal.
Mod Maker: Painstakingly makes 2 dark templar to have an opening in game cut-scene. (At least I'm assuming) Grant: My units, stop being a cutscene and fight for me! It's probably actually a bug but its funny to imagine
In this mission, whichever Protoss base you decide to attack first will always cause the other 'city' to keep sending reinforcements, so it's always a good idea to keep a secondary force ready to intercept those reinforcements, preferably flyers above the dead space between the two bases where the Shuttles and Arbiters pivot. Patrolling scourges or Corsairs would do the trick
Step 1: "Kerrigan was nice, she's changed. Why doesn't Aldaris understand our LOVE?" Step 2: "Oh no how could Kerrigan betray us?!" Step 3: "I'm going to ram the queen with my big ship"
It would have been funny if you did the cloak glitch with the zerg. If you can unburrow a zerg unit right at the same time as it leaves the arbiter's cloak range, you can permanently cloak zerg units. Its actually a fairly easy glitch to pull off and if I recall correctly, if you do it to drones, the buildings will be permanently cloaked too.
Double the race, double the supply block! That said, it's really cool that SC1 has separate supply counts for each faction. It's a shame SC2 unified them.
We've nearly gotten through the briefing and for once it's Artanis saying the really stupid things while Zeratul is actually acting intellig... Zeratul, allying himself with the Zerg: "Why would Aldaris betray us so?" Oops, never mind.
3:21 He is MOTIVATED. 4:15 Being able to drop Reavers on your opponents face with Recall. 9:51 **The Protoss will remember that.** 11:22 **The Protoss remembered.** 11:42 The cheeky Reaver drop, I can't-!
17:22 Sc2 is well too. Maybe the weird thing you remember is the fact that the piece of gas carried by SCV/Probe/Drone depends on the building race and not the worker race.
I know it's just a game mechanic, but I think it would be super cool for a nightmare AI strat/something in a custom campaign in SC2 to grab one of your workers and use it to make entirely new forces against you that you won't be expecting. If done right that would be such a wild play, building up two races against you when there's usually one. Idk it just feels cool to imagine even if it'd be weird to implement/balance
those scouts had a mission! first one of them aggro'd grant by attacking the dark archon, then it fooled him into thinking it was stupid by attacking a pylon on the other side of the base, and then when grant wasn't looking BAM! double scout ambush on the arbiter.
What do you want to bet that those two Dark Templar are moving to become a Dark Templar in a spot that the creator wanted, then it goes and does something like mind control or does a scripted action as a teaching tool?
If it's come out, or is ready for his Beta testing, then I'm certain he will. Might even be tomorrow's video, considering he _just_ finished the Wings of Tychus mod.
you were so frantic and fast, i feel like, i could answer your questions by just pointing out going slower looking around, so frantic. but i supposed top players run they don't walk.
The way SC 1 AI works is that they will jsut empty their base and throw everything they have at you when you attack them. That's why the second base send all their stuff. they were the same player. This can easily be exploited to make the AI empty out all their bunkers.
maybe its just me beeing unfamilair with sc1 but for these swapped missions I would like a quick one sentence primer as to wich mission this is originally.
Carrier has interceptors, reaver has reaverceptors:) Ask Artosis what he thinks about recall and arbiters or just disgusting dirly clown protoss overall.
Okay, i get that this is mostly a mod demonstration and the story bits are mostly there for set dressing (and it's impressive what's been jigsaw'd together with pieces from a completely different puzzle) But I think the plot kinda pulled a sea slug and self-evicerated itself. >Kerrigan's changed! When? Artanis, this is the first time she's spoken all campaign >Aldaris betrayed us! He has been doggedly hounding you the last 4 or 5 missions, and you've attempted to assassinate him at least once: how is *this* a betrayal?
Just in case anyone's wondering, the "which does more DPS?" question isn't even hyperbole. An sc1 zergling does 14.88 dps without adrenal. An sc1 scout does 6.35 to ground. One zergling literally does more dps than two scouts. More than three if it has adrenal.

Sc1 queen in a nutshell
sc1 ai be like
Zeratul:"Why would Aldaris betray us?"
My guy, you never even talked to him and the first thing you did was stab him on sight.
* Aldaris showing up after each assassination attempt
Zeratul: How many times do I have to teach you this lesson old man?
My brother in Adun…
To be fair though, listening to Aldaris pontificate for more than a couple minutes does make you want to stab him.
Point of order: Zeratul did try to recruit Aldaris before the stabbening
OH NO! YOU USED YOUR LAST DRONE TO MORPH A HATCHERY!!!
Daggoth is PISSED.
That makes sense why Kerrigan tried to avoid the Golden Armada in HOTS: she has ptsd from the Gantrithor that Tassadar steer into her 😂
Mod Maker: Painstakingly makes 2 dark templar to have an opening in game cut-scene. (At least I'm assuming)
Grant: My units, stop being a cutscene and fight for me!
It's probably actually a bug but its funny to imagine
Actually, knowing Findlaaay’s skills, it’s probably exactly what you imagine.
It was the only way to trigger that dialog consistently.
“We must protect the QuEeEen of the ZeEeErg”
mAyHaPS
Perfect
It was nice of Kerrigan to donate a drone.
I RACE SWAP YOUR RACE SWAP!
lol Good ol Grant is cannon rushing the AI again.
"Executor... we have a problem" *Kerrigan proceeds to to enter the call.*
Perfect comedic timing if i've ever seen it.
"Come at me bro" - Tassadar
Kerrigan - "Hah, always the politician"
In this mission, whichever Protoss base you decide to attack first will always cause the other 'city' to keep sending reinforcements, so it's always a good idea to keep a secondary force ready to intercept those reinforcements, preferably flyers above the dead space between the two bases where the Shuttles and Arbiters pivot. Step 1: "Kerrigan was nice, she's changed. Why doesn't Aldaris understand our LOVE?"
Step 2: "Oh no how could Kerrigan betray us?!"
Step 3: "I'm going to ram the queen with my big ship"
Step 3 is definitely a Pronhub video title somewhere
this one mission has more events and twists packed into it than sc2 campaigns
@@cyberlemmingasaservice7740 Which would make Zeratul's "No..." followed by "...I've seen enough [REDACTED] to know where this is going."
17:16
Behold the rare sight of a Drone carrying a Protoss Vespene Cube. Way better than the slightly cursed SCV or Probe carrying a Zerg Vespene Egg.
8:00 "Mr President, a second scout has hit the arbiter."
Game: you now have access to carriers, that should be your weapon of choice here
Grant: mmmm Ultralisk time@
Glad we somehow got a Here comes the Gantrithor! moment out of this.
Apparently the Executor you play as in this campaign is Nral.
23:30 "Wait, THE ULTRA GOT THE KILL ON THE CARRIER!?"
Yep. That's definitely how you Starcraft™ alright.
GGG: Who's going to stop me?
Zerg: Bonjour
18:11 SAVE ME SCOUTS!
Said Grant after summoning Scouts
It would have been funny if you did the cloak glitch with the zerg.

This mod move the gas near the base... Finally
Double the race, double the supply block!
That said, it's really cool that SC1 has separate supply counts for each faction. It's a shame SC2 unified them.
23:30 - Imagine if Ultras could fly tho
We've nearly gotten through the briefing and for once it's Artanis saying the really stupid things while Zeratul is actually acting intellig...
Zeratul, allying himself with the Zerg: "Why would Aldaris betray us so?"
Oops, never mind.
Tassadar: Here comes the Ganthritor!
Kerrigan: OH SHIT!
3:21 He is MOTIVATED.
4:15 Being able to drop Reavers on your opponents face with Recall.
9:51 **The Protoss will remember that.**
11:22 **The Protoss remembered.**
11:42 The cheeky Reaver drop, I can't-!
The sentence mixing at the start is always such a treat
17:22 Sc2 is well too. Maybe the weird thing you remember is the fact that the piece of gas carried by SCV/Probe/Drone depends on the building race and not the worker race.
SC1 is my favourite game is so happy to play the campaign in such a different way really looking forward to this
Welcome back to "I can't believe it's not Xel'Naga"!
Stopping Tassadar from steering Gantrithor into somebody challenge: Impossible
I truly love how when you said "O Queen of the Zerg", you actually bobbed your head like a talking portrait.
those scouts had a mission! first one of them aggro'd grant by attacking the dark archon, then it fooled him into thinking it was stupid by attacking a pylon on the other side of the base, and then when grant wasn't looking BAM! double scout ambush on the arbiter.
My Little Starcraft: Friendship is Magic
BELAY THAT ORDER
First playthrough: siege tanks out front.
Second playthrough: siege wall in back.
we all made the mistake once
There are no accidental scourge, just prepared drop defense :D
What do you want to bet that those two Dark Templar are moving to become a Dark Templar in a spot that the creator wanted, then it goes and does something like mind control or does a scripted action as a teaching tool?
That's a Mass Recall if I ever saw one
4:09 Grant, you evil, evil genius.
21:04 Recall Ultralisks is so amazing to watch unfold.
"'Lings watch the hood, scouts watch the skies"
GiantGrantGames, 2024 (probably)
Can someone make a Sc2 Campaign where you are able to use every unit of every race
Grant: "...need a couple more overlords."
Also Grant(in his head): "...nah, can't be bothered selecting larvas for a second time."
4:24 Yes. Cracklings.
Although, yes, as you pointed out near the end, they're more annoying to micro.
Do you have plans to play Night Elves campaign by Synergy?
tHis fiRsT cOmMenT iS miIINe, mY pReCiOuS
If it's come out, or is ready for his Beta testing, then I'm certain he will. Might even be tomorrow's video, considering he _just_ finished the Wings of Tychus mod.
I love psionic yell by famous artist Billy Idol
I want nothing more than the rest of this game race swapped, Finlaaay is a great modder and I want to see more from him.
I love cross faction play. it's how i always play protoss and undead
10:39 “Is this a good idea?”
Aldaris: We shall see.
Grant asking about what could possibly be stronger than recalling ultras, maybe a swarm of lings, maybe?
I’m would love to see a version of the game with x2 the supply limit or unlimited supply
I really wish these sc1 race swaps would come out to sc2 mass recall or otherwise
Grant is the only one who is already playing a race swap campaign, and decide to race swap again xD
"Have you ever probed the reaver?" 😳
Also can you recall burrowed units?
You sure got a nice defense here..... Be a real shame if some Ultralisks starting running around the place.
executor Nral will be so happy about the Ganthritor XDDD
Madness Combat happpened today!
Aldaris sounds like Bill Nighy and feels like a Vampire.
"today we're playing the terran campaign, protoss edition but with the Zerg"
ah. ok, yea, checks out
Thanks for the mass recall! ^^
"I will fly the Gantrithor into Kerrigan."
How big is this mods version of Kerrigan that this is the only way to kill her?
dat ass
Could be a "no such thing as overkill" thing.
ah yes, nothing like the classic ling scout timming
Absolute shenanigans, I love it
R.I.P. spine crawler family 🙏🙏😔😛
you were so frantic and fast, i feel like, i could answer your questions by just pointing out going slower looking around, so frantic. but i supposed top players run they don't walk.
Instead of waiting to get to 200/200, gonna wait till 400/400
Change the race to Protoss just to play Zerg, what a mod!.
4:22 Like, anything in real scale HOTS or LOTV. Everything there is insane.
seems more like a case of Cannons in G3
Giant Grant Ultralisk!
Race swapped zerg may just be just what mengsk is doing for some missions.
This was fantastic!
Q: What's Kerrigan's favourite cereal?
A: O Queen-Os
This mod so far has the best story
The way SC 1 AI works is that they will jsut empty their base and throw everything they have at you when you attack them. That's why the second base send all their stuff. they were the same player.
This can easily be exploited to make the AI empty out all their bunkers.
You deciding to recall Zerg is hilarious, given Scarlet recently did that in a ladder game vs GunGFuBanDa that PiG and Lowko both cast.
Hm.
What Zerg unit do you guys think complement Brood War Protoss forces the best? So far I think the Zergling does the best job of that.
thanks !!!
Psionic Yell - Re-race swapped.
With the DT's and the Archon at the beginning .... couldn't you jus have used "Hold Position" ?
But yeah in theory you can have 600 supply of units, if you get your hands on all 3 races in SC1 :D
Magnificent - are the other campaigns available too?
I see the bots beat me here. Thanks for the video!
Beep boop bip bop
Grant faction-swapped the faction-swapped campaign.
The amount of silly. Just recall ultras in someones face why not
Mission starts at 2:37
Grant is smarter than the brood war pros. How come none of them go ultra in PvP? Its so good! Bisu could never
maybe its just me beeing unfamilair with sc1
but for these swapped missions I would like a quick one sentence primer as to wich mission this is originally.
20:14 Common
ngl 21:11 might be the most convoluted way i have ever seen of killing 2 zealots
Mind control an SVC or Drone and fight them using the same units :D
Yo dawg, i heard you like race swaps
I like bewbs. And snails. And slugs and chicks and squirrels and food abd man I loce this world thank you for uploading your videos they are nice too
What is with this Playlist being so weird?
Grant you should do mass recall deathless
Allright tAsSAdAr
Carrier has interceptors, reaver has reaverceptors:)
Ask Artosis what he thinks about recall and arbiters or just disgusting dirly clown protoss overall.
Okay, i get that this is mostly a mod demonstration and the story bits are mostly there for set dressing (and it's impressive what's been jigsaw'd together with pieces from a completely different puzzle)
But I think the plot kinda pulled a sea slug and self-evicerated itself.
>Kerrigan's changed!
When? Artanis, this is the first time she's spoken all campaign
>Aldaris betrayed us!
He has been doggedly hounding you the last 4 or 5 missions, and you've attempted to assassinate him at least once: how is *this* a betrayal?
the running joke is that the protoss are senile, especially zeratul
First
