To be fair though, listening to Aldaris pontificate for more than a couple minutes does make you want to stab him.
Point of order: Zeratul did try to recruit Aldaris before the stabbening
Just in case anyone's wondering, the "which does more DPS?" question isn't even hyperbole. An sc1 zergling does 14.88 dps without adrenal. An sc1 scout does 6.35 to ground. One zergling literally does more dps than two scouts. More than three if it has adrenal.

In this mission, whichever Protoss base you decide to attack first will always cause the other 'city' to keep sending reinforcements, so it's always a good idea to keep a secondary force ready to intercept those reinforcements, preferably flyers above the dead space between the two bases where the Shuttles and Arbiters pivot. Patrolling scourges or Corsairs would do the trick

That said, it's really cool that SC1 has separate supply counts for each faction. It's a shame SC2 unified them.

Behold the rare sight of a Drone carrying a Protoss Vespene Cube. Way better than the slightly cursed SCV or Probe carrying a Zerg Vespene Egg.
It would have been funny if you did the cloak glitch with the zerg.
If you can unburrow a zerg unit right at the same time as it leaves the arbiter's cloak range, you can permanently cloak zerg units.
Its actually a fairly easy glitch to pull off and if I recall correctly, if you do it to drones, the buildings will be permanently cloaked too.

I truly love how when you said "O Queen of the Zerg", you actually bobbed your head like a talking portrait.
This mod move the gas near the base... Finally
those scouts had a mission! first one of them aggro'd grant by attacking the dark archon, then it fooled him into thinking it was stupid by attacking a pylon on the other side of the base, and then when grant wasn't looking BAM! double scout ambush on the arbiter.
17:22 Sc2 is well too. Maybe the weird thing you remember is the fact that the piece of gas carried by SCV/Probe/Drone depends on the building race and not the worker race.
I know it's just a game mechanic, but I think it would be super cool for a nightmare AI strat/something in a custom campaign in SC2 to grab one of your workers and use it to make entirely new forces against you that you won't be expecting. If done right that would be such a wild play, building up two races against you when there's usually one. Idk it just feels cool to imagine even if it'd be weird to implement/balance

The way SC 1 AI works is that they will jsut empty their base and throw everything they have at you when you attack them. That's why the second base send all their stuff. they were the same player.
This can easily be exploited to make the AI empty out all their bunkers.
But yeah in theory you can have 600 supply of units, if you get your hands on all 3 races in SC1 :D
With the DT's and the Archon at the beginning .... couldn't you jus have used "Hold Position" ?

Okay, i get that this is mostly a mod demonstration and the story bits are mostly there for set dressing (and it's impressive what's been jigsaw'd together with pieces from a completely different puzzle)
