The yellow belt did a jumping spin kick at the beginning, which is really impressive, and he did it fairly well. My master doesn't teach that until you get close to black (all gyms are different. Let's be respectful). The other thing that's interesting to watch is how the black belt loses confidence over time, and how well the yellow belt can read him to set up these attacks. He's very experienced in sparring at the very least.

It might be that he has been sparring a lot but never advanced in belts. Or he's just trained a lot but he was better than the black belt. I am 100% no yellow belt fights like this unless he / she has sparred before or trained something else before.

Let me tell you about my friend Mike. He studied Karate for 10 years. He learned a lot; but he figured he could learn more by studying Tai-Kwon-Do. He entered a tournament as an orange belt; he was put onto the dojo floor with a black belt. Poor black belt didn't know what hit him... and in instances like this, where an individual studies any martial art for 10 years and leaves that art for another form, beware...

I start joined taekwondo when I was 12yo... joined a lot of competition as well... got my black belt when I was 15yo... Stop training when I was 17yo... When I was 32yo, I started training taekwondo again, but unfortunately my coach wanted me to start from zero (white belt)... A lot of them were amazed when I (white belt) did better spin kicks than them 😂

He really favors those spin kicks too much. Someone that really knows what they're doing might fall for that once or twice but once they pick that up and counter it he's lost his powershot. Big kicks like that leave you exposed as you have to find time to set yourself back up. But he's really good for a yellow belt 👍

They swap the belt or the yellow trained like 20 years first than take the test. I have never seen a yellow belt use a spinning kick in that way and he is too flexible too. 100% he did like itf or any other fighthing sport before
