My Ruger 22/45 Mark IV is a JAMMING MACHINE. Ever since I took it out of the Box, it jams at least once on every magazine full. I can clean it SURGICALLY CLEAN and it will still JAM. I have used Federal 22 LR, American Eagle LR, Aguilla LR, Remington LR, and others, it does NOT make any difference which brand I use, it does the same thing every time. If I shoot six magazines full, it will jam 5 to 7 times. That is UNACCEPTABLE. I am 70 years old, been shooting since I was a little boy, never seen anyhting like this. I own OTHER Ruger Products that I like. But this one is going BACK to the factory. BB

Dude that’s par for the course on any rim fire semi auto pistol.

I’ve owned this gun for over 5 years. It’s a good plinker but you have to expect malfunctions. Just eject and go on to the next round. These aren’t reliable home defense weapons. They’re just very dangerous toys to have fun with.
