I think the railing on the upper floor should be higher for safety reasons. Since the second floor has enough headroom to stand, an optional second bedroom or storage can be built on the opposite side from the second floor bedroom. It won’t be as esthetically pleasing, but it would be functional.

Wow, I just think this is a darling little home . Absolutely love the spiral staircase. But would love the railing to be higher . I'm afraid I'd would fall over. The flooring everything just beautiful. I also love the windows and the back door. Bathroom just way to cute . Love all of it. I certainly could live in that. Na cozinha, senti falta de um Micro-ondas e de um Forno Convencional. E na sala, ao invés de um bar, eu colocaria uma Televisão grande, e um Sofá Cama para receber amigos e familiares. ➡️ No dormitório, a grade de proteção precisa ser bem alta!! Precisa ter mais segurança!! Qualquer pessoa pode cair lá de cima, tanto adultos como crianças. Além de pensar em um design bonito, é fundamental que seja uma *residência* *segura* em todos os aspectos! E também o dormitório precisa ter maior privacidade, com cortinas ou portas deslizantes, para os dias que tiverem visitas ou hóspedes. Poderia ter um deck coberto na parte de trás da casa. Faltou armários para armazenamento de aparelhos e utensilios de limpeza. A casa pode ser pequena, mas o conforto e a segurança vêm em primeiro lugar. 🇧🇷 BRASIL 🇧🇷

Тем более рядом со стиральной машиной. Ее можно было бы установить на кухне. А без сушилки на природе тем более можно обойтись. Телевизор, как я поняла, в этом доме не смотрят? Обычно его размещают напротив дивана.
This is very beautiful on the inside. Perfect for 1 or 2 people who don't mind the spiral staircase or descending it in the middle of the night to use the bathroom (not me). Can you stand up at all in the loft? I would make the safety railings up there higher.
This could be very functional small home, but a few things stand out. The worse was a wood burning stove squeezed between a sofa and refrigerator. A table and 4 chairs in place of more counter, storage and an eating bar would be more practical.

I would definitely put a high wardrobe instead of the bar and a bookshelf instead of the big plant at the entrance. And also a storage at the second floor.
I believe this is the one for me I've seen so many designs which really are more attractive with tons of curb appeal especially with the gable & shed dormers in the roof profile but all of those features = nuff nuff $$$$$$$$$$$= Too much of a Heavy mortgage payments at my age. But this design is Super simple just a little teaking with the internal design shift the entrance to the toilet & bath under the stairs shift the washing machine outside under an outside stairway which leads to a wrap around deck upstairs. Also extend the upstairs section to the other side to make an additional guest bedroom some fantastic landscaping and SHE'S PERFECT!!!!!!😆😊

If any of these tiny houses were actually built, they wouldn’t be set in a lovely large plot - they’d be just a couple of feet away from the next tiny house and there would be rows and rows of them. Why no hanging space for clothes as well.

Direktno vrata na dnevni deo je nepraktično. Ni leti ni zimi ceo prostor je nezaštićen od vanjskih prilika kao što je : Leti visoke temperature vetrovito vreme, Zimi od niskih temperatura, vetrova, kiša i vlage. Kako zagrejati ovako veliki prostor, osim ako nemate ravnomerno podno grejanje. Donji deo može biti idealan stan za dve ili jednu stariju osobu. Ali da ima dole pregrada i mala spavaća soba.
