A person with minimal "stuff" could very easily be content here. Not everyone lives in a winter climate.

Everybody needs a tiny house like this in their backyard to house the inlaws when they visit. 😂

I've read many negative comments. Definitely not feeling the love here. I think it's a great house. Coming from NYC, this house is huge and the deign is appealing. Thanks.

Absolutely no storage in kitchen because you opted for windows instead of wall cabinets, closet doors in bedroom are blocked by the desk, the sofa in the living area could have been a model with storage built in under the seats, and no real storage in the loft bedroom at all. This might work as a B & B, but never as a home! It's nice for a weekend, but a home needs to be able to handle a person or family living there. That requires food and cookware storage, clothing, etc. And a washer/dryer on the porch? Have you ever lived where the average temp is -20F all winter? You'd be replacing pipes every spring and taking your laundry to a laundry mat all winter. This is just not up to functioning as a full time home even for a single person.

No way I would not place my expensive washer on the porch in open elements like the night air! Also, there is no way you could place a dryer where they are showing. Where is the dryer vent? The other side of the wall is the stairs case! Hum!

It's sort of an odd design, don't like that the bed is right next to the stair case, not very private and kinda scary. Not enough storage space overall.

I would close off the small terrace with the washing machine as a room and use it as a laundry room, and make the entrance terrace bigger, close off the upper floor completely, no one would get kitchen smells in the bed linen. I would also use the upper floor as a gamer's room or office, and the lower children's room as a bedroom. The bathroom must have a bathtub with a shower function, no matter how small or big the house is.

I got one problem with your homes . I live in northern Ohio and have cold winter's and you made your homes with the washing machine is outside . That does not work for me . Machines water will freeze .

I think it all needs to be reorganized. It's not practical, no storage in kitchen, and you can't even open wardrobe, bedroom is bizarre, l could live without the verandas and have it as indoor space , Don't like to be on sofa looking at the stairs . Not for me at all .

Cute but just to small. Maybe for a single young person it might be nice first home.

The kitchen is far too small. I would lose the full length window beside the door and extend the cabinetry. The tiny slider window over the stove is silly. Put a singular casement casement window centered on that wall for visual balance and ventilation. Also having so many windows over the sink and no upper cabinetry is poor design. That's especially true if there is a full view door to provide light and egress just feet away. Arrangment of furniture in the bedrooms is bizarre. Function before form is critical in a tiny house and this misses the mark.

That's even stranger. One unit in one unit out. I'd be telling my husband to go put these clothes in the dryer. He'd be like "well, where is it?" GO LOOK OUTSIDE!! 🙄 LOLOLOL Very, very odd not having the units together let alone in my kitchen for everyone to see. Thanks, for your comment! I think I'll keep looking for a home with a laundry room. LOL

The one bedroom has a massive closet but can't open the doors because of the closeness of the desk. The upper bunk bed has no view out the window because of the deck furniture. The kitchen has no shelves at all and only 3 cabinets. Someone didn't think this out too well.

And why is the washing machine outside on the porch and the dryer inside next to the fridge?? Either have them both inside or both outside but keep them together, or just do a single combo washer/dryer unit.
Also, there's no oven and there's hardly any countertop space, so there's no room to fit a microwave or toaster oven... You could barely fit a coffee pot in the corner of that kitchen but then you'd have literally no space to use the counter for cooking prep or to place anything like food or bowls and I don't know how you would do dishes in that space...

Why is the way to the front door and the back door facing each other.? The back door should be in the other side and the kitchen .This is not ideal for me. Sorry

I would fully enclose the laundry area with a huge window pane..👍🫶
