10!!!! 😂 I was married to one 23 years & 4 years later and tens of thousands of dollars still in court. Why? Because he refused to turn over the financials, then made up FAKE TAX RETURNS, FAKE I & E. Lied 🤥 about his rent omitted the woman he cheated with lives with him (splitting rent, expenses). Refused to be honest on bank accounts, refused to show his pay grade & idk 🤷♀️ why but, the DOD/Navy in Coronado (N. Island) wont comply with the Subpoenas

Narsisist are typically the ones that are boring , they only focus on themselves, manipulation, gaining supply or looking good in the public eyes , .....thats all they care about me me me , try talking to one of them , you'll see they just try to manipulate, dominate subtly , everything they do is for the end goal of benefiting themselves somehow , never forget this . A snake in the grass only knows how to look like greener grass or strike you when the time is right . They are the boring ones ironically, thats what happens when your mind is 98 percent focused on yourself and no other subject.
Told me she was in the hospital for trying to commit suicide, saw a picture of her with someone new while she was supposed to be in the hospital. Called her out for cheating and she blocked me. Losing faith in humanity
Liars and cowards. Never be nice to a narcissist and walk away at the first red flag. No second thoughts.
At some point I started ignoring the lies, because most of them were so unnecessary and pointless and my mind couldn't find a rational reason for her telling them. You accept the little lies first (because they have told you all the sob stories) and then you start to accept the big ones. It is really scary how you slowly lose all logic and boundaries..

When I left my abusive narc in 1979 there was no name for this insanity. Even telling my lawyer the crazy things made me feel like I was the crazy one. Because who could believe me right? Those things are so crazy you feel crazy retelling it expecting anyone to believe it. Luckily, he was an older lawyer who I later learned had physically removed one of these types from his office! But after seven years I got out and ran for my life.
He told me I don’t communicate. The next day the whole team was discussing to keep it real. He got upset because of it

While deleting things from my phone the other night, I came across my narc exe's reply to the last text I sent him in October 2021 before blocking him and going no contact (didn't realize that was a thing with my phone!). I scanned his reply...he told me "trauma works both ways"; "I never wished him well"; and, that I "never appreciated everything he had done for me". Ugh, so gross. 8 years of his lies left me broken, but I am now healed. Seeing his reply triggered me briefly, but then I said aloud, "But the truth is..." and his lies faded away from my mind.

That happened to me many times at work. Toxic bosses and coworkers don't take their responsibility. They are liars!
A narcissist that hurt me did so at the behest of his daddy who was his narcissist abuser. I didn't react for many many years. But when I did it caused me to realize how many years of my life were stolen because of his daddy's evil. He felt bad and his dad told him not to that I'd be alright but even today, no I am not. I still have ptsd episodes that send me reeling back to a place I never wanted to be. He causes many women in adulthood a lot of harm because his dad taught him not to care.

When my ex got catched with a lie he allways said "what ever" and wave it away like nothing. But when he "catched" me what he assumed was a lie....
Oh yeah... I have hatred for them all the rest of my life.
The second BIGGEST red flag I ignored when he went to Paris and I found him cheating on me wirh another guy. I called him out and he guilt tripped me throwing a tantrum and begging for forgiveness at the very same time he accused me of making him do it, exactly the way you explainned Rebecca! I can recall in detail that international call.
My ex blamed me for being redicoulus angry for things I wasn't angry about at all.

I've found that many highly narcissistic individuals do tend to lie a lot and it can be about minor things, as well as huge ones!
They also seem to hear conversations differently, due to not listening and/or other reasons, which is obvious when they repeat it back to me, or tell others. I've lost count of the number of times I've said to people that I didn't say that, so I sound like I'm the gaslighting person.
I want to clarify that this is a much longer version of the word "Liars" that Rebecca Zung suggested to write in the comments. 🤦♀️
Everything sounds so familiar. I've been told so many times that I'm inadequate and incapable of adapting to today's world. This same person has never had a real job and can't even operate a smartphone correctly.
Do not believe a word they say, period.

Don't say a single word to him. Save money, documents, safety plan and educate yourself as much as you can, run, don't look back, no contact. Praying the Lord keep you safe.
I've heard the majority of them. But she didn't manage to gaslight me permanently and she didn't manage to break me down. I kicked her out eight months ago when I found out she was trying to cheat with a coworker and though I had screenshots of their conversations and her conversations with other people about it she denied everything....

My ex lied about all. But the worse was that his son with another isn't his and he claimed that boy is son of his dead cousin. His cousin passed away and that part is true but his name is Leon and his son is Pavel, what I found out on his fb profile. And when I confronted him with a that he lied that his family decided that he will take care of boy...but there were two and not one boys...disguisting liar.

I can absolutely relate to several of these lies. After meeting a narcissist recently my family became a narcissist victim and hence a very nasty smear campaign . This man was called out for what he is and what lies/ threats he has used towards my family. We now go to civil court . Liars, Liars and Liars . When you ask a Narcissists a very direct question they won't answer because they lack a moral compass and have often times broken rules to suite themselves.
I know from experience it only gets worse never better
Big awakening! My adult children all have adopted this behavior. I'm the only positivity in the household. I'm sick of it.
A couple days ago my bf told me that I was being too sensitive. I stood up for myself and said no I am not, that he was being too abrasive and I called him out for being verbally abusive.
LIARS! one thing I've noticed about narcissists is that they get offended if you get offended. And they will try to make their faux offense a bigger deal than yours.

Thirty four years today with a narcissist, it just keeps getting worse. He’s going to put me in an early grave.
I’m sorry to say this, but you’re putting yourself in the grave.
What ever reasons you may have to stay in this relationship, and there can be multiple. You are still the one that is responsible for your life.
No one is coming to save you.
And believe me, I have been there, and it is so difficult to get out, BUT it is not impossible.
Better late then never. There is hope. Save your self.

You see my dad is a narcissist so I grew up catering to his wants and needs and I didn’t realize all this until just a few years ago. Anyway thank you for your concern.

The narcissist told me that they’re going to get an ugly woman because she’ll do what I want. When mentioned this, the narcissist said, I never said that. The narcissist would go into the bathroom with phone, and stay for long short periods of time but often, when it went on and on, but when I addressed it the narcissist said I was crazy, or you know I go to the bathroom often because I have to go. This bathroom method is used over & over again. The narcissist would also yell and stream out of control but when I don’t respond or question the actions because they are out of control, the narcissist would say I’m making more out of it than it actually was. When I started time/space no contact, the narcissist say I can change I know I pushed you too far. The narcissist is 72yrs old, with no friends, no family, but clings to his phone all desperate claims science has proofed that our phones has become a part of our self. Not being around the narcissist is such an eye opener and such peace of mind.

In my experience the narcissist has never said they would change as they never ever took any responsibility or accountability for anything, everything was my fault, they never had the ability to look inward or any self awareness, It was by far the worst most draining exhausting confusing volatile relationship of my life, all because I started to stand up for myself after a while, what an absolute waste of 2 years and 3 months of my life, I'm just so grateful I'm out of the roller coaster mental torture and please God I will know this type in the future and run as soon as I spot the red flags 🙏🙏🙌🙌😀

My eldest sister is a narcisist and will lie about everthing. However, if she reaches out to my other sister before christmas she will be invited for diner. If she doesn't me and my other sister will have a wonderful christmas.

My narcissist told me she feels when i was suspicious it was like calling her a whore. And i found out it had been going on for months while she devalued me.. called mea liar when i provided evidence.. called me a stalker because i had reciepts she left out..lol..
But today.. today she had a friend call me to gas light me for her.. lol...
I'm so much better off now.. after 17 years.. was betrayal and cheated on.
Recent email from Rebecca says she will help me get to the other side. LOL I contacted her offices by email asking for help, being devoured by Narc estranged husband who has me in the financial pits and more. Legal aid won't help me re: divorce. I only wanted help to find a proper lawyer with fight in them, understanding narc's abuses, and would take my case taking the fees out of wealthy husband, or pro bono, otherwise I am a dead OLD duck. I was told she is not taking any clients which was not what I was asking.
Its unfair to all those innocent man .while some unfaithful
Women are taking advantage of the system and enjoying their lives making our lives miserable in the process and effecting our childrens,young generation .

Gaslight you to doubt your reality
After being together for 15 years with my now ex and having 2 kids with her 14 yrs old daughter and a year old son.she all off sudden decided she doesn't want to be together with me anymore cus she found someone else on fb dating.
She put me through hell got me in legal trouble for trying to stop her from destroying our family with her lies she took away my kids,my little family my whole world came crashing down she played dirty game got me arrested was on no contact she brain washed my daughter into hating me and she had help doing all this from her own father. I lost my job due to pandemic.was left all alone jobless,homeless, clueless and hopeless .
1 year and $4000 later I finally got my case dismissed.
Yet I lost everything that I lived for my small family.
She lost nothing she got our kids no one knows the truth she have everyone believed in her lies.
Its unfair .
Justice I's blind .
Its about time to change the law .
Cus the one suffering are our childrens. Our future.
Could have cold hard truth and they gonna keep saying it. DEVALUED

Everything about narcissist....could it not be difference of perception...is it not one is narcissistic from my point of view... whereas same can be eleborated by others opinion about me .don't we all do all these traits with others (upto different extents) .each would feel that our own extents are reasonable but others extents are too much .ALL I WANT TO ASK HOW TO IDENTIFY A NARCISSIST without being judgmental or being onesided
My narcissist brother treats Mom's death that he hastened as "not a big deal" because she was 91. He tries to spin it like she had one foot on the banana peel, and the other in the grave when he began sabotaging her diet with junk food, such that she landed in the hospital with digestive problems when he was the sole person in charge of what she ate. Candy. Ice cream. Cookies. And once in the hospital, she wasn't allowed out of bed for 3 months, causing lack of oxygen flow and congestive heart failure. Yeah, right, no big deal. All so he could get control over her estate, just like he master planned it. Me? He had me taken off the list of people allowed to see her, because I knew what he had done, and he kept hidden from out-of-state siblings.

I'M doing very blessed thank you😊,I got all my Spiritual power back it's 5 years now and I feel so happy FREE just following Jesus and that's exactly what the Narcissist hated about me , my good morals😁. I have a quick question how do (shy Narcissists) act when you come around ,it's been a few months a weird guy has been acting really Nervous around me and he asked about me to my family but won't speak to me like a adult I believe he's around my age ,all because he found me attractive and it's annoying.
