    Thank you for this video! There are so many practitioners doing 108, promising health outcomes. I got caught up in this and started working towards 108 suryanamaskars by increasing my count over a few days. I was a fit person with no issues before I started. Overdoing suryanamaskars daily resulted in knee pain. I had to wear a knee brace for a while and rest it out!

    Lekin mam 12 Surya namaskar krne k baad kuch kiya aise lagta hi nhi. 50-60 krne k baad iska positive effect mehsoos hone lagta hay

    Thank you so much for the most important awareness. I was about to start 108 today but thought to start from 10 and keep adding extra 10 everyday so that one day I will come to 108. Thank you thank you so much ma'am. I will do it but as you said will be doing it only 12 times. Thanks for educating us🙏 ma'am

    I just do 1 round of Suryanamaskar and it takes me 10 minutes. I came here on this video to see am i doing so less but i learnt here that involving other asana will be better than just repeating same postures.

    मुझे भी गलत तरीके से सिखाने के कारण hamstrings में खिंचाव हो गया था, जिससे मैं यह करना ही छोड़ दिया था, फिर एक एक posture separately सीखा और 2-3 से शुरुआत किया है. 21st June को instructor मोटे मोटे लोगों को बिना pre-training के कहते हैं कि जैसे वो कर रहे हैं, वैसे दोहराएं, और फिर बंटाधार हो जाता है.

    Mein to puri taraha confuse hogayi hoon youtube pe taraha taraha ke Suryanamaskar ke bare mein sun kar...mein 2 saal se Suryanamaskar kar rahi hoon baba ramdeb se sikh kar..baba kahte he 12 asan ko leke leke 1 Suryanamaskar hota he..or mein proper 12 asaan karti hoon 1 Suryanamaskar .. or mene app ki ek video mein Suryanamaskar bhi dekha tha same usi taraha meim bhi karti hoon ...koi bhul nahi ...lekin ajj kal fitness expert bolte he 2 set leke 1 round Suryanamaskar hota he..ye 2 set kya he wohi samajh mein nahi aa rahi he.     गुरु जी, ये लोग २०९ घंटे जैसे प्रस्ताव देते हैं अर्थात २०९ या २९० घंटे योग करवाएंगे जिसमे हल्का भोजन तथा सुबह शाम ५,५ घंटे योगाभ्यास और फिर ये योग मास्टर का सर्टिफिकेट देते हैं जिससे ये आगे सीखा सकें। क्या मात्र २९०,२०९ घंटे में एक योग गुरु बन सकता है और इन्ही सिखाए हुए और सीखने वालों में १०८ बार सूर्य नमस्कार का प्रचलन बनाया है और हम जैसे एक सवा घंटे पूरे नियम से करने वालों का मजाक बनाते हैं।
