I got caught up in this and started working towards 108 suryanamaskars by increasing my count over a few days. I was a fit person with no issues before I started. Overdoing suryanamaskars daily resulted in knee pain. I had to wear a knee brace for a while and rest it out!

I just do 1 round of Suryanamaskar and it takes me 10 minutes. I came here on this video to see am i doing so less but i learnt here that involving other asana will be better than just repeating same postures.

Lekin mam 12 Surya namaskar krne k baad kuch kiya aise lagta hi nhi. 50-60 krne k baad iska positive effect mehsoos hone lagta hay
