My 2012 bmw f30 335i has been having ak issue whwre my bluetooth and telephone sit on a please wait acreen as well as my middle console USB does not work. Adter doing alot if research and chedking fuses, wires, connections, sofrware uodates and more, i finally caved and took the car to BMW too get a diag. On what is wrong. They quoted me $1600 but luckily im under warranty. A 3rd party warranty not a BMW warranty. You fan buy a combox online and code it yourself as well if your having the same issue.
Hey thank you so much I really appreciate this video come on I was driving right now and it literally turned off my Wi-Fi and my Bluetooth and would not allow me to put it back on my car he was telling me to call BMW to fix the problem but I did exactly what you did and it’s back on and works better than it was before thank you so much for this video I really appreciate it

Mine has been doing the same thing for about a year now! Thankyou so much for releasing this video, you dont understand I've looked online everywhere about this and nothing... mine has the please wait and aux is also frozen! So new com box it is then?🙄

Just order a new combox off eBay that has all the same functions. Make sure it’s plug and play and your golden

I have the same problem, all though I don't have a combox in the back. I don't think my car is equipped with that.

how did you fix it? you took it to the dealer and they fixed it? this video is useless saying if you have this problem go to the dealer and pay 1600 to fix it? are you the OP's friend just bumping his video lol or did you take your BMW and paid 1600 to fix it. bc there was no solution in this video other the the obvious go pay money to fix this lol

Same problem. The issue is that you will buy the new part then what happens when it’s also acting up out of warranty? Are there no specialists to open the com box and fix it?
bra panda don’t know. My warranty wouldn’t cover it and I bought new box and had a company code it over the computer and problem fixed

I think I paid $200 and you make appointment and then they will connect to your computer via OBD and do It all

My car is having the same problem Bluetooth, Aux, usb, SOS stopped working. I asked bmw when I took my car in for a service and they also said it would be about 2 grand and unfortunately I’m out of warranty. Idk what to do I’m in college and can’t afford to pay 2k
Buy a used combox or new, ask bmw what they’ll charge to code it OR buy the combox and contact another German auto shop that can do coding or check out bimmertech online. They can code it via a laptop with you while on a call. I fixed mine for $400
I was able to buy a used coMbox off eBay for $29 that was plug and play and it fixed all my issues

Yes, you have to get it coded too your car

Thx for the replay I realize I got 2 of them one similar to this and the others looks like small battery but it’s on the left side of the trunk f10 535i my issue is Similar to yours so if I bought the same as mine from the junkyard would work with no programming cause I am in North Africa and it’s kinda hard to find someone who can do it ! Thx again
