I love this boat. It is a great play toy. But cruiser, absolutely not. Many years ago I had a Peason 26. It had the same amount of cabin space, including an aft compartment that I suppose I could have done some built up modifications to create a double bed birth, but no one in their right mind would trap them selves in that lazarette for sleeping. Now a constructive criticism. Do what I did and get rid of that useless starboard birth. Raise the top level with the stove and give the occupants some conter top space for meal prep/dish washing and cabinets for storage (sorely lacking here) below. It is a non healing Tri Maran. Why is there a lee birth? Is the V-birth useless? Bad design, easily corrected for little money.

The exchange for accommodations is speed .. speed gets you to your destinations faster which equates to less provisions, water etc, needed and fewer meals etc..

Weight is the Achilles heel of any multihull. More storage = more more sh!t you will store, especially useless sh!t = more weight. Start getting used to leaving some stuff at home if you want to sail fast - or get a big monohull if you insist on bringing everything with you. V-berth is not a great place to be in a boat that is pitching. And lee cloths on a multihull because multihulls are not immune to rolling motion.
