I would advise waiting until you have 2 or 3 onna bugeisha before doing your first harassment. With 2/3 bugeisha and the melee damage upgrade you can almost guarantee a villager kill unless the opponent has really fast reactions, and you want that advantage before the enemy knows what you're doing (they'll be more alert after your first push). Also I think the odachi upgrade would have been a better investment that mounted Samurai. +4 against the maa for all the existing samurai is a big upgrade. The Onna-Musha as mentioned would have been even better
Unfortunately, you can't disable static defense with Shinobi. I really think they should, then they would stop being useless for anything other than opening on hybrid maps. At the very least they should disable garrisoned units arrows.
