Band members in this video: Matt Tuck (voice, guitar) Mike Padget (guitar) Jason James (2nd voice, bass) Michael Thomas aka Moose (drums) ... But now they have Jamie Mathias as the new bassist and 2nd voice and Jason Bowld (I don't remember if I write it correctly) as the new drummer.
The Poison is a loved album, not everyone admitted liking it, but saying the following record was better because Poison is "Emo", that's ignorant It's like with Pray for Plagues. I smell QQ
@@SupJax That album is emo as shit. Deal with it. Music for 13 year old girls. But they kinda evolved their sound on the next one with more Metallica influence. Even the vocals became more tolerable. And there's not a damn thing you can say to change my mind. Pray for plagues is also total dogshit. Try listening to real metal sometimes, not core crap.
@@zdoggzero6595Kicked what door? They didn't invent anything. The first wave of emo has been around since the 80s. Bullet were just popular among the 13 year old girls that wore excessive amounts of black eyeliner. That's it. But the band got tighter over the years as musicians, I'll give em that. Once they shed the emo phase that was popular at the time.
Can't believe you guys have been sleeping on this..ya'll are up for a thrill! Takes me back to my early teens when I first discovered them in 06 or something, helped me through so much trauma and bs.. Check out their debut album The Poison and 2nd album scream aim fire!
Heard them once live opening for Slipknot. Friends of mine went to the show just for them and weren’t Slipknot fans. Later they were crouched down waiting to “jumpdafckup!”. They were good though, they put on a good show and the Ozzy voice turn is crazy from how they sound in the song compared to their strong British accent. This song got the biggest response from them, especially from the ladies but “Waking the Demon” went hard also.
One of my favorite bands. This song is a classic imo. Others bands you should check out are "of mice and men", and "while she sleeps" and "the plot in you"
I had a feeling this would be that song. I used to listening to this band all the time back in the day. This band rules. 😊 And that hook like Hollywood said its on point.😊 And the drums are perfect with this song too.😊
Man, Scream, Aim, Fire, 4 Words To Choke Upon, You Want A Battle, All These Things I Hate, Hand of Blood, Fever and a few more are all bangers too. This band has had a pretty solid career except for their 2018 album imo, that one was pretty weak
BFMV is from the UK, Matt Tuck (singer, guitarist) and Michael Padget (lead guitar) have been the driving force of the band from the start, and the two remaining original members. They were coming up around the same time as Avenged, Trivium and Killswitch as the new core group of metal bands in the mid 00s. Their discography is so insanely good, and pretty diverse while all still being metal. Would suggest checking out the songs Scream Aim Fire -> The Last Fight -> No Way Out -> Letting You Go -> Death By A Thousand Cuts (and in that order) so you can see how the band progressed their sound over the years!
Morning guys! Good song! Haven't heard it in a while. The video is f**ked up. Lol. Crazy! But the song is pretty heavy. Do "your betrayal" next..good video heavy song too!
These guys started off doing Metallica covers together. I think you can hear the influence a little bit on Fever, the next song you should do from them. Catchy but still really heavy, definitely a bit more Thrash inspired.
Can’t wait to see BFMV and Trivium together on the Poisoned Ascendancy tour next year celebrating the 20th anniversary of “The Poison” & “Ascendancy” . Once in a lifetime event 🤘🏻🔥🤘🏻 Great reaction guys👏🏻👏🏻
knives, waking in the demon, your betrayal, tears don't fall part 2, scream aim fire, hearts burst into fire, no way out, eye of the storm, all these things i hate (revolve around me), 4 words (to choke upon), a place where you belong, bittersweet memories
Emo comes from Emotional Hardcore Punk that started in the 80’s, and then more sub genres developed over the years like Midwest Emo that mixed with Pop Punk more and then Metalcore which is a complex sub genre that can mix Emo,Metal, Hardcore Punk, Industrial, Alternative Rock, Goth,Darkwave , Rock is a complex genre of sub genres and bands that mix genres a lot, I really suggest a documentary series called Metal Evolution, it’s on UA-cam
These boys are very inspired by metallica also,. You can hear the similarities in how he pulls off his vocals (grit not screaming obvs) and the dual guitar solo's. TMYK
Great song and my favorite of theirs. Too bad it's the godawful neutered radio edit. Also gotta get to Scream Aim Fire, 4 Words(To Choke Upon), and my next fave after this, Hand of Blood
I don't do band origin names, but from what I've heard they got their name from the lead singer who had an obsessive ex, who apparently on Valentine's day one year tried to shoot him, hence the name
It’s a shame that the music video is censored but a great song nevertheless. Bullet For My Valentine was the band that got me into metal music as a kid. Love these guys!
Hey Guys!! how about reacting to "Scream, Aim and Fire" if you haven't, which I doubt it, becasuse that is one of the best known songs, but also one of the coolest 🎸🎸
OMG!!! WELCOME to BFMV guys, this bands absolutelly rocks... you may call them emo, heavy, whatever, but they are HEAVY as fuck... 4 words Hand pf Blood All these things I hate Waking the Demons You should chek ANY of those songs... Amazing band, heavy as F^%( amazing musicians amazing guitar solos... Duces!!!
need more drowning pool, mudvayne, hellyeah, seether, three days grace, papa roach, ffdp, korn, stone sour, hollywood undead, nonpoint, tom macdonald, skillet, sum 41, bowling for soup, green day, blink 182, foo fighters, disturbed, halestorm, paramore
need some pop evil, like a storm, all that remains, thousand foot krutch, egypt central, adelitas way, sick puppies, rise against, theory of a deadman, black veil brides, escape the fate, redlight king, hatebreed, flyleaf, shinedown, letters from the fire, icon for hire
Man the edited version takes out some good guitar parts
💯 correct
You guys gotta check out "Waking the demon" by them also!
I second that, it was the first song I heard by them :)
Follow up with dead to the world and P.OW.
Band members in this video:

This song still slaps all these years later. What a great band.
The entire “The Poison” album from these guys is fricking amazing!
Not really. It's kinda emo. Scream Aim Fire is better. Has a lot more thrash metal influence and less whiny vocals.
The Poison is a loved album, not everyone admitted liking it, but saying the following record was better because Poison is "Emo", that's ignorant It's like with Pray for Plagues. I smell QQ
Scream Aim Fire might have “aged better” but I can’t hate on the Poison, for a debut BFMV absolutely kicked the door down

Hand Of Blood next! Fantastic song and iconic to the genre.
I just made the same suggestion
They still are a huge band today. Love BFMV! All they songs are bangers
Scream aim and fire is my favorite song by these guys!!!
I remember being so frustrated doing that on Guitar Hero haha
‘Omen’ is another absolutely brilliant song by them, the chorus hits incredibly
Can't believe you guys have been sleeping on this..ya'll are up for a thrill!

More Bullet for my Valentine reactions, please!
Love this song. Too bad it's the shortened version
That's what I said!
Bullet is one of the earliest, biggest metalcore bands. I didn't much care for other metalcore bands of the era, but Bullet is awesome.
A must is her voice resides live in brixton 2016. That live version is the best live performance of a band... Ever!
So many memories with this song
Their first 2 albums go hard
🔥🤘🏽🔥
One of my favorite bands. This song is a classic imo. Others bands you should check out are "of mice and men", and "while she sleeps" and "the plot in you"
F*** yeah to all of those!!!!
I had a feeling this would be that song. I used to listening to this band all the time back in the day. This band rules. 😊
And that hook like Hollywood said its on point.😊
And the drums are perfect with this song too.😊

Video is dope too🐺
Man, Scream, Aim, Fire, 4 Words To Choke Upon, You Want A Battle, All These Things I Hate, Hand of Blood, Fever and a few more are all bangers too. This band has had a pretty solid career except for their 2018 album imo, that one was pretty weak

As a guitar player: the intro riff = trying to play the Halloween theme and then your inner 15 year old emo comes out
"LET'S GOOOOOOOOO"
Love Bullet!!!!
Now do some My Bloody Valentine to really confuse everyone who doesn’t read the titles properly
Those first 3 or so albums were fire from Bullet, very catchy hooks with awesome guitar solo’s!
Deliver us from evil! A hidden gem
Waking the demon, your betrayal, hearts burst into fire, scream aim fire, 4 words to choke upon, riot,
Saw them back in 2013 they were amazing live

This whole album stomps.
My top three: Waking the Demon, Scream Aim Fire, and The Last Fight. All high-energy adrenaline rushes. I would love to see reactions to those!!

I’ve been jamming BFMV since 03. I saw them open for A7X in the pit in Houston. Love it. 🤘
check their song "SCREAM AIM FIRE" one of their best 😈
All that remains has got to be coming up, i hope. "The Air That i Breathe" is one of my favorite songs.
Waking the demon next!! IMO their best song and the song that got me into metal music in middle school
If you guys do another Bullet for my Valentine I recommend Wakeing the Demon.
All time favorite songs❤
3rd Strike - No Light
I would recommend "hearts bursts into fire" from this band next...epic intro
These boys are very inspired by metallica also,. You can hear the similarities in how he pulls off his vocals (grit not screaming obvs) and the dual guitar solo's. TMYK

"4 Words To Choke Upon" is such a better track, this is just one of their most commercially popular ones.
Hey Guys!! how about reacting to "Scream, Aim and Fire" if you haven't, which I doubt it, becasuse that is one of the best known songs, but also one of the coolest 🎸🎸

time to pivot and do a band not heavily reacted to and enjoy the instruments.
The Human Abstract: Vela, Together We Await the Storm
Wrong Version
this video is awful, but the music is fantastic. There's a level of cheese that rivals the worst of the 80s hair metal videos. This is like Dokkencore
This band has always been mid
Those first 3 or so albums were fire from Bullet, very catchy hooks with awesome guitar solo’s!
