These are just timestamps for my personal use...ignore this I guess.
    Pentagon: 0:51
    Big Hexagon outline: 2:43
    Small hexagon outline: 3:40
That crease you do with a pencil: 5:12
    Big overcomplicated fold (1): 7:14
That other crease you do with a pencil: 9:12
Similar crease but on other side: 10:42
    Corner fold thingy: 11:56
    Big overcomplicated fold (2): 13:36
    Inner line corners: 17:44
    Outer line corners: 19:43
    Inside thingy: 20:30
    Finished Product: 23:42
I know this is probably pretty vague but it's probably going to be a good reference for people who are rewatching the video and want to skip to certain parts.

I just finished making this! Took about 1 hour since the unfolding and refolding part was tricky, but it looks really pretty overall! Was definitely worth it, thanks for the tutorial!

As you make these, don't stress if your star starts to look asymmetrical, e.g. if one side is longer than the others, because the end result will suprisisingly still look decent. Instead try and avoid wrinkles in the paper. Due to the complexity of this model, a bit of assymetry is inevitable, that being said you want to make the originally pentagon as symmetrical as possible.

The center of the flower broke my brain, I rewound it at least 20 times to see what's going on. Still, worth it for the result, very pretty!

I agree! I tried this when all I had made was origami lucky stars and little cats. Now I can make lotus flowers (I think that’s what they are called) and I’m practicing! I couldn’t do it btw. And that’s nice to say :)! That rhymed!

Both sides? 12 x 12 cm is what it measures once it's finished. Start with square paper, any size, the sizes listed are what I used.. I think start with the biggest paper you can, that will be easier. 😃
