I'm guessing this option only works in a nice area near popular attractions. Whereas renting monthly or with longer leases is more for the ghetto

You will always hear about the negative stories. What you won’t hear is the thousands of positive hosting experiences people have every single day. It just comes natural to share the negatives. I’ve had a few negative experiences myself. However we’ve learned a lot from each one and overall the positives have far outweighed the negatives so far

Just out of curiosity - what Districts are these in? I lived in District 5 not far from New Center. Do you see a seasonality drop in Winter or does maybe sporting events help?
These are actually in Hamtramck. We’re usually fine during the winter but not booked as far ahead. We end up getting a lot of short notice bookings in the winter
