The sad thing is that she can’t do consecutive time, so she can only get 30 years. The parole board may give her 8 years. Utah is strange.

If anyone is truly curious to the extent of what she was willing to post, there are plenty of commentaries on 8 passengers that show her nature, and that's just what was on camera; on her channel.
My mother would sit on me, when I was about 4-6 years old when I annoyed her, she would use her hair to tickle my face, which triggered asthma attacks, I was in hospital a lot because of asthma, but no one believed me when I said my mother sat on me and tortured me, how could a mother do that to their small child?
Atleast her kids will be old enough to be able to have nothing to do her when she gets out of prison

What’s terrifying is that she could get out of prison before she even serves four years for good behavior. No sentence will ever be long enough, because those poor children will already be serving life sentences for the trauma she caused them. Their dad needs to be investigated too-not only did he enable these excessive punishments, but he didn’t check on his kids once while he was separated from his wife.

Ruby and Jodi DESERVE time but Kevin Also needs Community Service in my opinion or Something.

I remember seeing videos about 8 passengers and seeing how abusive this woman was. I get disciplining your kids, but what this woman did was WAY TOO FAR! 60 years is too lenient in my opinion.
She could get 4 years minimum 30 years maximum. Utah has a 2 part system, Judge sets min and max and then a board decides exact amount.

I feel like there’s a difference between physical parental punishment (not saying I agree with that sorta punishment) and depriving your child of food, water and air. The only time I’ve heard of depriving an individual of food, water and air as a punishment is in the conversation parents with extremely serve mental issues, poorly ran for profit prisons, and Guantánamo Bay.
