- On the occasion of Gudi Padva/Ugadi, the New Year Shruti Gunjan presents " KUHU KUHU BOLE KOYALIYA". This is an aesthetic composition consisting of "4" Ragas Sohini, Bahar, Jaunpuri and Yaman.
It is an Ideal amalgamation of Ragas with regards to the sequence of the compositions and even the connecting interludes
We are presenting the song on Two Sitars representing the male voice and the female voice.
The interludes are presented on 2 Sitars, a Flute and a Keyboard.
This is our honest attempt to present a mighty popular and multi-dimensional song.

I am listening the matchless classical song Kuhu kuhu bole koyaliya, since my age 7 year in 1957 till today in 2019. Indeed, 1950, 1960 and 1970s era was a golden era of Hindi film music and the songs that were composed during this period are immortal and even today widely considered to be among the greatest and melodious songs of all time!

This song is composed for Suvarna Sundari movie(Telugu) by Sri Adinarayana Rao (producer cum music director) and later remade in to Hindi with same actors( Sri Nageswara Rao and Anjali Devi). Both Telugu and Hindi movies are hits.Adinarayana Rao who is versatile in Carnatic as well as Hindustani music beautifully composed in Ragamalika.The song is presented very beautifully showing Raga variations.This is the power of Indian classic music and heals all our agonies.Thanks for this beautiful presentation.

This song has indeed mesmerized millions of Indians and hundreds of performers on variety of instruments ! This too is an exceptional performance ! Oh God, what a synchronization, simply superb ! In Nagpur, Hyderabad and Jabalpur I was lucky to hear brass band troupes playing this song, huge set of instruments, shining and lustrous, 25 to 30 artists participating...... Those 10 minutes are ecstatic, you start saluting the artiste heart of heart and thank God for being born on this land of artists and performers......

If you know Indian Classical Music, if you know about this song, I bet you will like it. First time an instrumental song has impressed me. I can recite all the four stanzas perfectly. Its very difficult to describe the feeling. I dont know to compliment the musicians... Great thats the only thing I can say.
