They both sang so well, hardly any difference from the original version. I particularly liked Sanjay Savant. He sang without looking at the words. Loved it!

Hear the Female alaap in tbe first antra and then hear the male alaap..When Sanjeevani sings the alaap..sa ni dha ni re ga re ga ma ga re ga re sa ni sa,dha ni sa re sa ni dha ni sa ni dha ni dha ma ga ma is what she sang as per my knowledge of music..her pitching showed the individual identity of each and every note..Crystal clear.....and then what did the great male singer sing?? Low scale killed the original charm
What scale mr dan? Original recordings are old mahnetic tape. They play at a faster speed. Most old songs play at a semitone higher. Songs should be sung in a scale comfortable to one’s voice. We are all artiste’s who are disciples of the original singers. There is no question of comparison with them.
@@SanjeevaniBhelande Totally agree that one should sing in one's comfortable scale to give justice to the composition.
You would also agree that if speed and scale of any song changes , auditory aesthetics also get compromised.
Both and Sanjayji have sung very well, no doubt. Stay Blessed.
This rendition is sung adha sur neeche. The original plays in C#, i sing it in C. It is very likely that the original was recorded in C becuase as I said earlier, most of the audios that we refer to play half a scale higher due to the magnetic tape issue. We have not altered the ztempo

Tempo is also slow by at least 5 to 8 bpm.

Sanjeevani should pay attention to singing well and not do acting. There are so many Marathi stage singers who sing better than her and with a good voice.
