I made it! First off i will say that it is delicious! The most important part of the cake. However if anyone else is thinking of making this, the amount of strawberries for the batter did not give me enough to add any to the fourth layer, so i would add 25% to that. Second, i wouldnt put the gelatin in the strawberries, because it was not melted it just ended up going lumpy. Third is to make sure you use small strawberries in the middle! Mine ended up poking through the top. The layers were also difficult as my mixture seemed to come out thicker. However, i do think with some small adjustments i can make this as successfully as she does in future, after a couple tweaks
