The thing that disturbs me so much about the constant news interviews around these events that talk about how people survived by playing dead, is that it's practically teaching future mass shooters to double check their victims to see which are playing dead.
Absolutely agree. I know they’re often trying to highlight how smart the victim was - especially when they’re a child - and they do deserve recognition 100% but we know that future shooters often pay a lot of attention to other active shooter incidents in the news and will internalize that info. We’ve already seen it happen. 😕

My high school history teacher had him as a professor a few years before 4/16. An interesting detail is that the Professor killed in the Hallway was actually from the 3rd floor. He was the only person originally on the third floor in the shooting to be killed. When the shooting started he apparently rounded up all students on the 3rd floor and barricaded them in his office, then went down to investigate what was going on/see if he could help. When he arrived in the 2nd Floor Hallway was when he was killed.
Why did he do that? What good did he do? All he did was get killed and a 65 year old professor shot. That's the same thing Chris Hixon and Aaron Feis did in Parkland. Chris at least may not have fully understood the situation, but what the hell were Granata and Feis thinking?!?!?!?

Is it normal to have dorms unlocked like that? I wouldn't be able to sleep knowing that anyone could enter my room as I slept... maybe if they had locked doors it could have saved some of these lives.
I'm sure people typically left the doors locked overnight. But, Emily had only recently got back after staying the night with her boyfriend, and also would've been expecting her roommate to arrive soon after. So, she just kept the door unlocked during that time, unfortunately.
good job with the animation, glad you’re back. I have a suggestion, instead of just putting the key at the start could you leave it at the bottom as well throughout the video.
Horrible tragedy. Thank you for you sharing. Hopefully we all can learn from this. I recommend reading Gavin de Becker's The Gift of Fear. It suggests leaving situations like these as soon as you can. I am sad that so many stayed in the classroom only to perish the second or third time the shooter came by.
I’ve been waiting for an animation on this one, thanks for making one. Another shooting I’d like to see, though brief, is the Chardon High School shooting.
Liviu Lubrescu was the oldest victim, in addition, being a survivor of the Holocaust. It’s crazy he didn’t retire at 76. He would’ve already been retired today if he’d never been shot.

Strong 9 month hiatus with a great comeback video like this. This was fantastic.
Thanks!
Dude i literally yesterday looked for your channel to see if you had made an animation of the virginia tech shooting and now this pops up on my recommended
More details than I expected. Worth the wait!
Thank you!
@@SarinGasAttack btw did you know whether if they had a lock on their doors and what kind of doors they were?
They were basically a very basic wooden door on the second floor. No windows or locks
Really great job. Appreciate the content.
Thank you!
@@SarinGasAttack I really didn’t know a lot about these atrocities. So thanks again for the work you put into these.
No problem! I'm glad you were informed by them!
Thanks for creating these high quality videos, mate! Liked and subscribed 👍🏼🌟
Thanks!
Thankyou for making these animations!
Great work man, def worth the wait. I was so happy to see you dedicated this to Mass Attack Media. I know this kinda research can be taxing, I hope you take plenty of time for yourself. Put your mental health first. Thank you so much for your research, it’s the top tier for sure
Thank you, and thanks for looking out! I'm definitely taking care of myself and my mental health
Rest in piece mass attack media
First upload I've seen since I subbed 😊
..I went from watching the story of Medal of Honor recipient Sylvester Antolak just now to this..
May we all, when faced with Death in front of us, respond in such a way that the lives of others may be saved or at least inspired to achieve great things that we ourselves could not accomplish..
Happy Memorial Day !!
Quite a big jump between videos! And that's a great way of thinking!
I was watching one of your videos when you just uploaded this
really informative, and has nice animation. good job dude.
Thanks!
Respect to the guy who tried to tackle him
Your username/profile pic does not match with your comment... Eric Harris was one of the columbine shooters that murdered 13 fr?
@@Gerardo-dt8xf it’s a hate page
@@Eric-ll7ug that still doesn't make sense to me. Lol nvm
@@Gerardo-dt8xf uh ok
@@Eric-ll7ug do you hate Gerardo? 😃
How terrifying. I can't imagine the fear the students must've felt hearing the shots go off in the other rooms and hoping he wouldn't come back. True evil behind this tragedy
Been waiting for this.:. Ty for putting your time into this
You're welcome!
@@SarinGasAttack hey man your great at doing this... if you ever run out of ideas try to look into pulse nightclub
Thank you, I'll look into it!
Man I’m so glad now that my schools doors could only be opened from the inside or with a key from the outside..
this is terrifying. cant even imagine what the students were experiencing
Imagine how hard it was to watch the shooter kill himself in classroom 211 and seeing almost your whole class you seen everyday get killed in classroom 206
Im pretty sure he was horrified watching the shooter kill people but was very relieved to watch the shooter kill himself
@@super1million11 but imagine seeing half of the head explode and seeing the blood everywhere
YES! THANK YOU! IVE BEEN WAITING SO LONG!
Imagine being one of the four people in classroom 206. I would feel so guilty that I lived
These are very good videos, please keep up the good work and never stop with your craft :)
Thank you! :)
Nobody else has the guts to make or post anything like this, well done.
Thank you!
I'm a teacher and my school shows this every year during our active shooter training.
Could you do the Kerch polytechnic next.
This was a great video, such dedication put in it. Thank you Sarin Gas Attack.
You're welcome, and I'm glad you liked it!
Oh, Mass Attack Media :( it's so nice of you to mention him... heartbreaking...
Thanks again for the animations brother
No problem!
good job with the animation, glad you’re back. I have a suggestion, instead of just putting the key at the start could you leave it at the bottom as well throughout the video.
Thanks! I'll see if I can do that. I just worry that it'd clutter up the animation
Thank you so much!
You're welcome!
Great Job Sarin Gas Attack!
Also, RIP to the lives lost in the shooting
Thank you!
Horrible tragedy. Thank you for you sharing. Hopefully we all can learn from this. I recommend reading Gavin de Becker's
The Gift of Fear.
Thanks! I'll look into that one
Really good video, something you might want to consider adding is the time in one of the corners, just gives a sense of well time
I could, but timing in events like this is difficult, due to their short timeframe and lack of accurate timekeeping.
I'm really curious about Columbine in this type of video, also about Cleveland in Canada and Pulse Shooting. Keep doing these type of videos, please!
He's made several columbines.
Liviu Lubrescu was the oldest victim, in addition, being a survivor of the Holocaust. It’s crazy he didn’t retire at 76. He would’ve already been retired today if he’d never been shot.
Lets go glad your back man
Thank you!
Amazing job you’re doing man thanks
Thank you!
Can you do an animation on Uvalde? your animations help us learn about what happened
Thanks! Possibly, if an official report comes out. As of right now, the details are incredibly hazy.
chang min park is now an associate professor at a korean university
very well done video man
Now I’m glad I don’t sit by the door during lecture. I’ll keep doing that
BUT he walked up and down the aisles of chairs, shooting anything that moved, your still not safe no matter where you sit
I subscribed to your channel
Thanks!
Really appreciate your channel/videos, looking forward to the Erfurt animation. Would Red Lake be a future possibility?
Thanks! I'm not 100% sure if Erfurt will be next, and I haven't actually decided. I'll look into Red Lake, since I saw Skeletor on Reddit posted a new FOIA report
Mass media attack passed?!?😭😭😭 I loved their videos also how did they die?
Apparent suicide, sadly. www.reddit.com/r/masskillers/comments/n3hrq8/massattackmedia_has_passed_away
@@SarinGasAttack damn man gonna miss him thanks for the info
@@jacobbemiller9613 he was only 17 🤦♂️
This is truly horrifying. This is so much more horrifying than any of the coverage I had seen on this attack up until now.
Great video, Keep up the great work!
Thank you!
Always enjoy these. Good work.
Thanks!
Thank you for this
You're welcome!
The one kid who survived in classroom 211 must’ve been so traumatized to have seen all that
Hearing him say the names just hurts my heart for some reason
Any updates on future animations. (Plans to which ones you plan to cover next)
Great work by the way. Truly informative
@Purple Dyed Ruby I'm not dead; you're confusing me with Mass Attack Media.
Thank you! I have plans for future animations, and I'm working on one currently. I don't know when it will be out, and I'll announce what it is when I'm confident the quality will be good.
