I still like Aquaman more, but I much prefer Aqualad to Tempest, except his Rebirth origin is kinda weak. They vastly overcomplicated it when Young Justice already established a solid framework.

@@Tyler_W Tempest IS aqualad, at least he was, but no Garth is far superior to Kaldur. Edit: after more thing on this, I feel Kaldur and Garth are equally cool. Also I dont like Kaldur being bisexual, but it doesnt bother me too much.
I've always loved Garth. Especially as tempest. Artemis Crock would be a wonderful choice to do.

Damien may be a jerk but he and jason todd had the most balls as robins. Greyson was a scout boy i dont know why they dont make him gay and Tim drake was so... uninteresting tgat hes portraited by nothing. I mean ive seen red hood and night wing on animations but no red hood. Still Damian and Jason just rock

Artemis doesn’t have a long origin story considering she was created just for Young Justice, I’m pretty sure Green Arrow recruited her cause she was already so well trained by Sportsmaster after Roy quit in the pilot of the series
Point of history...in the original origin of Garth, he was banished because Purple eyes usually meant that the Atlantean born with them was unable to stay under water for more than 30 hours. In his case that did not apply as he was able to remain under water like any other Atlantean. HOWEVER, he had an unreasonable fear of fish and thus was unable to remain in the city and was sent to the surface where he was found by Aquaman. Aquaman helped him overcome his fear of fish and took him back to Atlantis. Garth, however would rather stay with Aquaman so only pretended to enter the city (putting his spare clothing on a fish and using his aquatic telepathy to instruct the fish to enter the city. Later, as Aquaman was musing about missing the boy, he presented himself to Aquaman and said that he was going to stay with him.

Nathanael Joly lets be honest the og titans are constantly being put on the back burner. They make Dick look weak, Wally death-prone, Roy a washed up dad and show no exposure to Garth and Donna.
i like when a legacy hero name is carried on by a good character from the start. sometimes it take some time to get people over the original but when the new hero that take the name is done so well its great

So Jackson and Kaldur are essentually the same character, just with different names. And now I know why Kaldur has those hilt devices, he already has the power to manipulate water, the hilts just help him focus it less destructively.

I’ve just never been a fan of the tattoos that he has in Rebirth and that Aquaman has in Justice League, I’d rather them just have a marking on his neck or wrist rather then tattoos all over his body

Harp Noah, it’s more like Kaldur and Mera are cooler than Aquaman in the Aquaman comics because if Black Manta were in any other DC comics that weren’t Aquaman then Aquaman would be a comic book character that’d already be in the public domain by now.

Good timing, I've just started the young justice series and feel like there's a lot of different stories that happened before this series started, I've already watched all the dcamu movies from flashpoint to DAW, still it feels like the series doesn't fit in that timeline, is there any other show or movie that I should see before I continue with this show? What no shoutout to Marvel Comics 1000 in the Buy List? That’s a living, breathing bruh moment right there.
It was kinda underwhelming imo. Too many Spider-Man, too little X-Men.
It's also a total gimmick to ride DC's wave of having long running comic series reach those unprecedented benchmark issues. There hasn't been an ongoing Marvel Comic in ages. It's just an issue they slapped a 1000 on to generate hype. Can't speak to the story, but they were probably wise to nix the "essay" by Mark Waid since it basically just said "America sucks."

So hey, I noticed you guys have covered a lot of Cosmic/Space themed Marvel heroes and villains, *except* for Darkhawk and the Talonar. You guys should really fix this, as I think it's a really interesting story, and Darkhawk himself is an awesome space-hero that deserves more attention.

Now I have noticed that there is more than one type of (AquaLad) ComicBook story, and to add more that one type of Origin Story for each one different type of (AquaLad) about them all.
From the first original version of (AQUA-LAD) to the other different stories versions that came after the first version, and that includes the new story version that is about a bisexual (AquaLad) hero.
