I am just an ordinary gardener, not an expert, Payal. But thank you for commenting. If forced, I will guess some form of an answer. We, all around the world, have dissimilar growing conditions. If yours is hot and dry (mine is temperate and damp), your flowers may not want to open fully. I've seen this in other flowering plants that do not tolerate my conditions.

Mine are usually blooming but we’ve had a lot of rain and I noticed they are not fully opening as a result. Resist the urge to fertilize. You will get a healthy crop of leaves with a few flowers.
