I had whole creamline milk with cafix :) and water. I love the extended arm thread the needle. Perfect. I'll keep using that one. Also, you bending knees and exploding forward from down dog is like the position - ready for these! - Turbo cat, or loaded beast in animal flow yoga. Yes!
I drank some coffee that was about the strength of jet fuel, keeps you awake and gets your preworkout heartbeat going faster then a speeding crocodile!

Fantastic flow, sipping on Mio infused water. Been working on my foward fold and will be able to put my palm on the floor before I know it.
