Dear Sean, let me share some appreciation. I have been working out with you for nearly four years now, and tasted many different videos of yours. During this workout, I thought that the level of energy today is the same as that in videos from 7 years ago. Is like the window seat so I can see the world below. I also like being able to lean on the wall if I want to take a nap. I like peanuts - a good little protein snack.
Window for day short travels, isle for night long travel. No peanuts or pretzels. This is the first time I was able to do chaturangas till the end. I'm getting stronger!!!

Man this one kicked my butt! But I made it through. I'm sure the more I repeat these flows the easier I will feel in some of the poses. I do like looking out the window so I will say window seat.
I have been doing your videos for a while now and I am seriously surprised at what I am able to do now. I have been doing yoga on and off for about 30 years but never like this. Your 30 day and 7 day series are great . Age doesn’t matter start slow and keep with it . You will surprise yourself too

Really amazing workout, felt sooooo good after. Thanks a lot Coach Vigue! I prefer the aisle seat so that I get a chance to stretch out my legs. The etiquette is the middle seat should get both the armrests on either side of the seat but people rarely follow that. Also, I prefer pretzels along with tonic water or ginger ale.
Great video coach, it's always isle for me (tall guy has to fit my legs somewhere). Are there any yin yoga flows in this series?

Sean! Long time fan and watcher of your videos. Got a question; I always am noticing that my anterior shoulders are getting fried so early in these exercises. Any tips to take the weight off of my anterior shoulder muscles? Especially in vinyasa flows with down dog.
