sanctum prep
1. top off supplies! (pray pots, overloads, adren renewals, prayer restores, blubbers, rocktail soups, sarabrews, restores, prot powders, penance powders, food, whatever you use in your available presets)
2. check those presets! make sure to have whatever style you may want ready for launch. (items may skyrocket OR plumet due to the market so keep an eye out on what you may need gear wise to either capitalize of the price fall or hold off on the price raising, releases impact that a lot!)
3. see if any of your clanmates, discord buds, or fc's are available for trust worthy (hopefully not toxic teams), pick teammates who are WILLING TO FAIL A LOT. boss releases are prob some of the most fun ive ever had on runescape bc of the undiscovered meta AND the chance at HUGE BIG TICKET ITEMS! most new items PEAK on release so its a huge incentative.
4. practice on a boss you're already familiar with! get rotations down, try that new sttyle you may not have used before, try different combos of gear/loadouts. You never know what may work on release so it's always good to try those new rotations and gear now!
5. upgrade/unlock better perks on your gear if you havent already. devotion, relentless, biting etc... those little pushes make big improvements to your survivability and your damage output.
6. that mental cannot break! be prepared to fail, die, and pay death a lot of GP! have some cash on hand to pay those death costs AND if you end up needed to re-up on supplies from those long, long fights. if u do go on long grinds, schedule out those breaks. we're old man, stretch those bones! get some water!
7. MOST IMPORTANTLY, HAVE FUN!!

I read powder of protection doesnt stack with EoF
If you don't have an EOF or if it's discovered their undead and salve amulet is better, than Powder of Prot would be great
