This has been the best pattern for crochet bucket-hats on YT. Just finished mine, using spare yarns including fur yarn; and instead of sewing the flowers, I kept the hat plain, then use t fur on the last row as a trim on brim. Thanks for this helpful footage.
@@bluexee9211 Sorry bc I saw this just now. YT doesn't notify if you reply a reply 😭. Were you able to figure it out? I didn't quite understand your question...

@@vildankaralar8776 Thank you so much for watching. I'm so glad you enjoyed. I will add more details of the yarn I used in my next videos ❤️❤️❤️ Much love!
Hi Miranda 😃, yes you absolutely can! You just need to add the number of rows for the top part of the hat. You just continue with the pattern of adding one stitch between every increase for each row.
There's really no way to hide the daisies embroideries from showing underneah but you can sew on sth like silk to hide them. It's great for your hair too☺
Hey ☺️, I give the diameter in the video... (can't recall right now srry) Edit: Written pattern for purchase available in the description Thank you ❤️❤️❤️ Glad you like it!
Hi! At 16:18 there seems to be a problem in the vid. I can’t seem to understand what u said there. Will u kindly tell what i need to do after the row of 1sc in 10sts and an increase? Thank you so much :)
Hey! So sorry about that part it was my bad when editing the audio. After the 10st and inc, you begin to work the repeat (that is 1 SC into each stitch all the way around) for 7 rows. You can use the subs at the top as a guide ☺️
@@StringsAttachedCrochet usually to get the flared effect of the brim (like that it goes outwards) you need to do increases . I just wondered how you did it?
Love this tutorial!!! I just have a question tho, it's really hard to see the stitches of the black yarn, do u have any tips on this? I just started crocheting a week ago btw
Hey Elisabeth! Actually the best way is to work with 1. Lighted hooks (hooks that have light). But another way is to 2. Use a brighter surface beneath your project (ie. White surface) 3. Use a bright light above your project (like a lamp) 4. Because you are a beginner, working with a thicker thread and hook size will be an advantage for you. You can adjust the size by reducing the no. of rows if you go with tip no. 4. (Your tape measure is your best friend! 😃) Let me know if any of these tips were useful. That was a great question btw. Thanks for the love! ❤️
Hey! You will alternate, some rows start with an increase other rows end with an increase... i.e if row 2 starts with an inc row three ends with an inc
Hey, sorry for the late reply ❤️ Just consulted the video and I ended at row 15... which is (15 x 6) which should be 90. But you should definitely customize to fit you. You can also check out the Terra bucket hat description if you need guidelines on getting measurements. Thanks for watching 🤗
Hello! I have one question when you worked the back loop .. am I supposed to do that for one row or for all next 14 rows? Also with the front loop part ..
Hello! Thank you for this video. I started working on this since yesterday!! I have a question. After row 8 (from row 9) do I need to do one chain first? It doesn't say so at 8:52 , so I was wondering that. Thanks you!! :)

Asking if anyone made this, how many rows did you make for an adult size hat ?
Hi there! I have a bit of a big head lol, is there any other way I can increase the size of this bucket hat??
Hi Miranda 😃, yes you absolutely can! You just need to add the number of rows for the top part of the hat. You just continue with the pattern of adding one stitch between every increase for each row.
@@StringsAttachedCrochet makes sense to me, thank you for the tip!! ☺️💫
@@barbiesinparadise You're welcome ❤️❤️🤗
And, in the top of the head, you start the rows on the same stitch of the starting chain or on the first top of the single crochet? I´m a bit confuse
For the top of the head, I start the same stitch as the starting chain
@@StringsAttachedCrochet thanks a lot!
I wanted to try it but underneath the hat, what would be the best way to secure the yarns of the daisies?

@@StringsAttachedCrochet thank you!! x
Hi there, I really love your tutorial! I was wondering though, can I use a bigger size of hook and yarn and use the same technique and pattern?
Hello! ❤️ Yes you sure can! You'd need to do less rows to get a your size, so be sure to use a tape measure
A smaller yarn weight for the daisies is still recommended though
How to make an increase
Work 2 stitches (instead of the normal 1 stitch) into the same stitch
how many yarn you use and the meter? thanks for the tutorial btw;))
Thank you 🥰 I'm sorry I dont really know how many meters but it was 2 skeins of 50 g yarn

No, from my physical local store

- What is the diameter of the top of the hat in cm?
- Do you have a written pattern?
