I just found your videos. You’re a wealth of information! It’s easy to see you KNOW what you’re talking about. My only complaint: you tell too much, and it’s hard to digest all you’re saying, unless you get a pen and paper. The down fall to that is it takes your usual 20 minute video twice as long to get all written down. Shorter videos getting to the point please. I really want to stick with you, but doubt I will if all your videos are long. Between work, kids, cooking, and cleaning, there’s not enough time in the day.

Hi 👋 just posting on all meno forums because I recently discovered that Fenugreek has been sky rocketing my metabolism. This increases testosterone and estrogen, and energy. (Finally sweating again and feeling energized)
I thought high estrogen is not good?
Do capsaicin supplement work? I don't like spicy foods either and it gives me digestive pains.

Will decaf green tea work the same?
How to lost weight only on the tummy? I am not fat on other area, only on tummy. I have hepatitis B. Can you make a video specifically aiming at losing weight at the belly only? I cannot take Apple Cider Vinegar because I am low in potassium. I do tried Apple Cider Vinegar before but not effective in reducing my belly fat.

Spot reducing is a myth. Your body releases fat evenly all over. Anyone who tells you that you can selectively lose fat only from one part of your body is lying to you. It’s a physiological impossibility.

What About nutritional yeast
It is .8 grams per kilo not pounds. People need about 50 grams of protein daily, and that is it.
I try to do average of 15-20gr protein at every meal.
