Last year I decided to juggle every day for 15 minutes and it transformed my game, I went from 20 juggles to 400 my touch has improved and I feel so much more comfortable on the ball. At first, it was hard to do the 15 minutes but now it is just something I do every day without thinking, just like brushing your teeth. now its 923
The problem with Maguire is he was overpriced. He became the centreback for one of the biggest clubs in the world when they had nobody. So United spent big money. Miguire is big, though and has very decent long pass, but he is slow and not the best at open space. He is not terrible, but if you expected Vidic, you will be let down.
Thanks will I've learned so many skills and tackles from you, one day I will contact you personally and tell you my son is great footballer because of you.
This summer, because I was terrible at juggling, when I was resting on the seaside the week before pre-season, I decided to do some preparation before going to it, which included juggling for 5 days, about an hour a day! Saw the improvements during my pre-season!
Great video! I am 12 and I juggle everyday... and probably have a couple hundred hours of practicing just that. Nothing is more foundational to my game than juggling. Size and speed will come... touch mastery is earned.
During covid I worked on my juggling for a while every day and improved from 32 to 942 and it’s made me feel much more comfortable and improved my touches
I started juggling as a 42 years old, roughly 6 months ago and my current record is 41 now. It is certainly more complicated to start learning it at my age, but so far I am quite happy with the progress, even though I sometimes have days, where it simply does not want to work.
Maguire is not bad he's really underrated he's actually a pretty good defender imo everyone does mistakes even the best players maybe his mistakes are worse than others but still
Maguire used to be a great player, but he recently became bad. It may be due to stress, but whatever it is it’s sad to see his decline and constant mockery
@@Goluremi haha. Yeah not really. Great is an overstatement, but in truth he was playing great compared to how he was playing now. He was a nice center back though, he wouldn’t have gotten an 80 million contract if he wasn’t at least decent. Your progress from 4 to 32 is ok or even good. Would it have been 40 to 320 I think you would say, that is a good progress, although 4 to 32 is the same.^^ Anyway try to do this: 1 touch foot, then 1 bounce on the floor, then 1 touch with foot, then 1 bounce on the floor etc. When you are able to do this, then you do 2 touches foot, then 1 touch on the floor etc. Good luck.
I’ve been juggling for an hour a day since last week and I have been working on every thing else like dribbling, passing etc but should I decrease the amount of time I juggle to work on other things?
@@RM-pf4oi I started off the first 4 days just juggling so my other aspects are still sort of the same but my juggling went from consistently getting at least 20-30 juggles and sometimes reaching 150 to consistently getting 50+ juggles using my whole body and achieved my new high score of 487 juggles. It’s helped my first touch a lot and it’s been fun
Maguire not that good at defending, especially when isolated he need support, he looks decent in back 3 because he gets more help from the wing backs, But maguire has some attributes that are needed in modern defenders such as, ball control, carrying the ball out from defense, , long passing, and he is ok in the air.
