You inspire me. Kept me going through the brown mud phase, the over doing it phase, letting the paint slide off overnight, the cat jumping on the first Shelli swipe that worked for me . Oh yah and that color theory and paint density thing. Thanks for everything. Sammy (the cat) says hi and something about painting he just finished
I’m in Lancaster, CA. My neighbor is from Michigan, originally. Her sister is here visiting her in order to get away from the cold weather in Michigan. I’ve shown them my pours and my neighbor has done one also. I love this art form! Anyone can do it!!! ❤
Watching from home in North Texas outside Fort Worth. But we spend June and July at our family cabin between Traverse City and Empire. Heaven on earth!
Ontario Canada here… I loved all the colours right after the spin, but after you did all the cell work the end result was pretty amazing. I haven’t seen anyone do this type of technique yet… It turned out beautiful, however I am quite partial to the smoothness of the paint after you did the spin. (Because to me it’s quite tranquil) ☺️ 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
I agree it is very tranquil before the cells began. I work with people from Ontario Canada everyday with my day job at the Ambassador Bridge! Maybe one day we will cross paths!
I live in England, we're expecting snow this week. But I must thank you for inspiring my eldest grandson and I. We did our first acrylic pour before Christmas. And we are planning on doing a whole more this year. THANK YOU X
I am new to your channel, but I am actually just down I-94 in Jackson County. Just want to say I'm an old woman, and I love your free spirit that comes through your work. Fascinates me. Thank you.
Good morning from Arkansas! Absolutely LOVE watching you! Your art and your voice are AMAZING!!!! Thank you for what you do! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!! ❤💛❤
Hi J. Watching from Cambridge, New Zealand. Love watching you creating beautiful works of art. Chameleon cells are my favourite… absolutely stunning in that colour combo 😍
Hello, I've been watching your videos for about a month from Manchester, NH. Nowhere exotic, but we have the lakes, mountains, and ocean, as well as being just 30 minutes from Boston, Ma, and about the same distance to Maine. You create such unique and gorgeous pieces of art. Thank you for sharing your processes and talent with us dedicated fans. Keep them coming! Im so happy for you that you're now able to create every day, or soon will be. Im not sure if you've moved yet or not. Congratulations! Im looking forward to seeing what comes next from you. Have a great day! ❤❤❤❤❤❤ Jules
I love watching/listening to you!! I learn a lot from you! It is also sooooooo relaxing ! Thanks for making us all feel so happy and amazing like you are 😊❤
Very Beautiful! Really LOVE The Painting BEFORE YoU ADDED The SiLiCONE... I Am iN The USA Currently iN CALiFORNiA MOUNTAiNS iN A SNOW STORM! So HAPPY You Are Warmer iN DETROiT! ✌️💜💥
Beautiful, I love your calm voice as well. You asked where everyone is watching you from ...I am in Tempe AZ. I just saw your name on that Art show ad. My stepdad, the man who raised me and my Mom's Soulmate was a Morrison too. Good People!! 😉 Thanks for the inspiration 💝
Love watching your videos. I add some of them to my paint pouring so I can try and to them myself. Still relatively new to paint pouring, but it is very fun. Can you do some with tools to make shapes and such? Would be neat to see some more tool shapes for paint pouring. I currently have the star, flower, and the volcano shaped ones.
Have you tried cookie cutters, embroidery hoops? Those are fun. I have also found that doing a Dutch pour and tilt are awesome together. When you layer your paint in puddle, you can toss colors in all directions, lines, splatter, anything you'd like. Give canvas a twirling motion to let colors mesh and then tilt off at a corner, bring back to center, do a next corner and back to center and do that until all corners have been covered and bring back to center. You can keep an eye for composition design you want to keep and end your tilt where you want the composition. Be sure to have enough paint around puddle to help the paint flow. I have created some absolutely amazing results doing this random paint placement technique. You can flick the coconut milk oil over it for those gorgeous random cells or get a aresol can cap of whatever size and lightly coat rim with wd 40 and barely touch paint and you'll be blown away with results. Use the wd40 with can cap wherever you want. Just wipe cap after each placement and re do the rim before next (paint kiss) that's what I call it. I hope this helps... have a great day!
Johnny this is interesting, it really has that stained glass look. You are warming up, here in Western Washington State we are freezing and getting late snow.❤
Thank you so much Georgann! Stay warm over there. Right after I talked about how warm it was it dropped right back into single digits again. I must’ve jinxed it!
So beautiful..like a decorative glazed tile... I saw Tiddalick the frog first.. Then a lush romantic haze of love then your amazing finished one... lovely journey. Your voice is so nice to listen to.. In Australia loving what you do
Wellington, FL here 🌞 Another breathtaking piece! I would enjoy seeing you paint over to make a stained glass window. Thanks for sharing your creativity 🌸
Love this! I’m curious, have you ever done shapes or figures with chameleon cells? Like say a shell shape or dragonfly? Or would it spread too much? I love the idea of stained glass!
I’m watching from the Soho district of central London in the UK. Been dealing with very different issues to those you have faced, but have found acrylic paint pouring similarly therapeutic.
Thank you so much Delori! After this one I am planning on trying to set up something on the east coast. Seems a lot of y’all are over there interested in painting and hanging out
Hi, I'm watching from Canada. Just started pour painting this fall and love your pieces and your personality is calm and positive. Very nicely all together.
Arizona! My future home!! Plan on moving out there soon and buying a home a little north of Phoenix! Tell me how your painting goes tomorrow my friend!
@@JMoPainting I tried this morning… I used basically the same colors minus the dark. I did add a little magenta.I did just a dirty pour. My main goal was to try the silicone dots. * my paint was left from other pours, so they weren’t all the same consistency. They didn’t flow together nicely when I tipped the canvas. So then I spun it. * using a toothpick, I dabbed on the silicone (coconut oil hair serum) in some strategic spots. * I waited. Only got a few muddy spots. * so I dipped some tiles on the canvas to make coasters. (You get a really nice marble effect dipping the tiles) * scraped the canvas. (Scraping is so satisfying, instead of just looking at a wasted canvas and paint.) * have a nicely painted canvas for future use. * will use the puddles of paint to make book marks. I’m going to make my own UA-cam channel. It will be called “Painting in Pajamas.” I will try again another day. I’d like to have some success with this technique. However, I still had tons of fun!
Hi from Florida!! Love your channel !! Have never seen anyone use the toothpick with silicone technique!! Fascinating for sure, with beautiful, amazing results!! Thank you for sharing your talent !!?
Everything you do is really interesting and instructive. This art/relaxation/peace technique that you offer us is fantastic. Thank you. From Barcelona (Catalonia) thank you very much.
Ha! Your definition of warm & mine is totally different… the Fl gurl would freeze at 40°😂 This is absolutely gorgeous. I love pinks, not fond of reds. But I think I might try one… it would be interesting to see how it would look just following certain patterns in the original flip… which was spectacular btw!! There was a large swath that I saw that tempted me to just add cells there… hmmmmmm, ideas are percolating ❤
Minneapolis, Minnesota. We just had 16" of snow and single digit temps. Definitely still winter here. Also not a big fan of pink, but I agree this combination is stunning. A color combination to remember.
Hello Erin! Stay warm over there, as soon as I started talking about how warm it was the temperature dropped back into the single digits with ice storms. I must’ve jinxed it!
Your art is beautiful & your personality is very calming. Together it's a very healing combination. Thank you!!!
Agreed!! Listening to him talk is mirrored by the action of him creating! I'm going to nap when this is done! 😍
And he made it so affordable if you want one!

It's a gorgeous Florida day! 83 degrees! It's not supposed to have summer heat in the winter. I love this piece, very calming and pretty.
