I made this for dinner and it is so good. My wife who's not the biggest stir fry fan ate her entire bowl. Such a delicious stir fry, and so easy, definitely going to put it in the regular dinner rotation! Thanks for all the great cooking ideas!

I never comment on any socials but this recipe made me break my silence. Incredibly good. I doubled the snow peas and used a corn starch slurry to thicken the sauce in the wok instead of mixing the starch into the sauce ahead of time. Oh and used Fresno chilis for my spice sensitive family.

You should pour the sauce in along the sides of the wok so that it sears in for a lil extra flavor

I just made this and it was great. I used Walmart Szechuan sauce and noodles and Safeway precut veggies. Plus my own mods. Raised the bar for myself.
