Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Just want to say thanks for the content. Weird fact I have a rare anxiety which is the fear of choking. It makes eating a simple meal take a hour. I watch your videos as comfort. Seeing someone eat fast and the amount you do kind of eases my mind

How does coke help this
Coke pulls rust from steel and disintegrate food.
Also change of flavour helps to keep things moving.

I knew it would be a good one when the first words spoken in the pub were "ey up". Knew Adam was in God's own country of South Yorkshire just from that greeting and accent. The lass cracked me up though with that comment.

Yeah it was good to see him struggle and work for it. Usually breezes through these food challenges but you could see the discomfort as he battled against the insurmountable odds to come out victorious . A true underdog story with a hero we can all rout for

I just had bariatric surgery, and anytime I feel overwhelmed and want REAL food, I turn on your channel ... and for some reason, your gluttonous hoarding of copious quantities of amazing looking food helps satiate my desires. It really does, and it's really weird lmao

I just recently found this channel and absolutely love it! I think my family is tired of me saying "Guess what I watched Beard eat today!?!". The commentary is amazing and I love that none of the titles are click bait. You are always left wondering till the end if you're going to win or not. Happy new year and grats on the success!

Getting into his car at the end the legend gave us a rare insight into the lacerating intestinal pain he goes through for his fans! 👏
He normally doesn't. But a few of the challenges are particularly rough on him. This happened to be one of them. It's a tougher challenge than it first appears. It's not always easy to judge accurately how difficult a challenge is going to be looking at the food on the plate. It can be kind of deceptive.
Horray. The 3 year gap has finally been filled! You did the impossible including those bloody mushrooms! An expensive breakfast but quality ingredients. Well worth it. Nice job. :) X

As a Doncaster local I had a feels bad moment when one of our best pubs was described as a rough ol’ boozer lmao
I never comment simply for the reason that they get lost in so many but i’ll never understand why Matt has around 15 Mil subs. You consistently put out great content which in my opinion is more engaging than a few other also great competitors.
Either way, you always kills it. Hopefully your subs start gaining more traction. You deserve it.
I must be at least twice the size of you , there is no way I'd be able to finish half of that ! We go to a greasy spoon on a Friday from work , and I struggle with a standard breakfast , I salute you beard , whilst hanging my bearded head in shame 😂

My brother is the only one in the family that's been ole England way...he was there for work and spent like 9 weeks in Tamworth. He talked a lot about it...it was just funny to hear it mentioned on here :)

Anyone else notice how a lot of places fill out the bulk of their challenge with starch, something cheap like bread or chips to save on cost? It also bulks out and expands in the stomach

its lunch time here in southern Ky, we just watched this and gotta say we are now really hungry, that platter of disaster was definitely huge, not sure where you store all that food inside your body, beginning to think you carved a hole in your stomach and the food drains into your shoes. thanks beard, this was awesome as always!

Used to be a rave on in Doncaster called "Donny Warehouse". was one of the best raves in the country back in the early 90's. Me Dad spoke very highly of it.
