- In today's video, yes it's another fry up...but one which thus far has remained unbeaten...so it falls upon me to try to do what no-one has done before!
By which I mean eat a pretty big £25 breakfast inside 30 minutes to win it free and claim bragging rights to a bunch of strangers who I'll likely never see again. But hey, that's the game...enjoy!

A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

It’s another fry up to be sure, but it went most of last year unbeaten apparently. So it’s my duty to try maramlise it!

Fry up challenges are the best. If that were me though, I’d be complaining about the stewed tomatoes and not the mushrooms.

Spanish person here! El café verde would be interpreted as "the green coffee", not the green cafe, which would be "la cafetería verde" :-D Food looks damn good!
Yeah wondering if they serve green tea, and are just bad at Spanish.

I am curious about something, since I'm a native English speaker. El Café Verde means "The Green Coffee" as you said. However, someone that's new to that language would look at it and see "The Coffee Green." Why put the color "Verde" last in Spanish? Wouldn't it make more sense to say El Verde Café? This coming from someone that generally only knows English, and is slowly over a long period of time learning Spanish
@@DaysofKnight in Spanish adjective and noun order is the opposite to English. El globo rojo- > the red balloon. La barba enorme -> the huge beard.

In this case it is called The Green Cafe. Although Cafe is coffee it is also short for cafeteria which is both the same in English and Spanish. Safe to assume they mean the Green Cafe and not Coffee.

Idk why but the full English breakfasts uploads are my favorite. As an American I've always wanted to have one! We have a British Import store near us that has most of the items required, so I think I'm gonna have to make myself one soon!

As the arguably the slowest eater in the world (ask friends and family) I get the greatest laughs and mild mortification watching 'Beard' mow through these challenges. In my world, well, it's simply not human (chuckle) ! 'Keep'm com'n Beard.

I know you'll ridicule me for suggesting this, but surely the sausage-first strategy isn't the best for heat optimisation - it's surely the item that encases heat most at the start, yet the thing that would retain heat most for the finish? Dive into those mushrooms first, you know it makes sense :P

These are the best type of videos. I will try an English breakfast someday. Not these challenges but just a normal sized challenge. Despite what everyone tells me, I will try the black pudding but last in the meal just in case so it doesn’t put me off of my meal. Btw, yes Beard, this is The Green Cafe in Spanish
I'm from Chicago and we don't have black pudding here. It looks questionable. But then I went to Ireland and it came with breakfast. It's absolutely delicious!

The Green Coffee is what I would say. Cafeteria is Spanish for a cafe (eatery)

@@generichuman2044 Just eggs (any style), sausages, bacon, hashbrowns and toast. But breakfast sausages are smaller and our bacon is nothing like the bacon rashers you will find in the UK. When I was younger I ate Steak and Eggs for breakfast (I live in Alberta after all), but that is a pretty heavy breakfast.
I can sympathise with the egg yolk beard thing. It has happened to me many times before and it just sticks to your beard and becomes sticky and jelly like feeling like hair gel but worse
I’ve only just ventured into the world of the beard, I never realised what a messy eater I was until I had one. Fried eggs have got to be the ultimate mess, oh followed by ice cream.

Never heard eggs referred to as "unfertilised chicken embryos" before 😂
When I was a child my older sister would always call them chicken foetuses,or baby chickens...scarred me for life and never had an egg for over 30 years,just got back to them a few years ago.
Either have I to be fair, but hey it’s getting used from now on haha
I'd recently heard them called a cackleberry & been using it ever since...sounds much more appealing than a foetus or embryo!

Beard reminds me of that story in Asterix, the 12 tasks of Asterix where one of the tasks was eating everything that a legendary chef would cook. Obelix does the challenge and finishes everything and comes out looking for more food after the chef leaves crying saying he's eaten everything lol.
Hi Adam. Love your videos! Have you ever thought about mixing your mushrooms with one of your other sides, like the beans or the the tomato puree? I would think they would be a bit more easy to take down that way.😃

Mr. Beard - if you put a spoon into your tea/coffee the hot drink will transfer heat into warming the metal spoon, cooling down your drink while you eat.

They always say 'full English breakfast', is there ever a non-full English challenge? I love breakfast foods and wish I could find a place near me that did a full English. Beard on point as always!
Anatomically speaking, the white (albumin) is the chicken embryo. The yolk is the food supply that nourishes the embryo while it develops. Maybe that will make you feel better about yolks in the beard. 😉
close, the chicken starts as a small spot on the yolk. the yolk feeds the embryo, the white cushions it

Well done, yet again! Looking at the first minutes I was wondering whether dipping and mixing was a new year's resolution, then you clarify the turbulent changes in your life had brought that change upon us couple of minutes later on. Funny. That aside, I really like two facts looking back at your past challenges: the confidence to go at lengths with the owners while doing the challenge even when it seems they are trying to distract you from completing it and the second one was mostly an extension, I guess, to the first one (probably my perception only): no dipping, no mixing. Felt like you know you can dip bread into some sauce, but that was not how you went about that. Well to be fair, I was never a proponent of that idea, in fact I've always been wondering why you are trying this hard to complete challenges in a sterile, compartmentalized kind of way. So. Here is my thumbs up to mixing and dipping :)
