BMW X7 is a vehicle that has just set the bench mark with its other car manufacturers to follow as the design and interior.
Wow the interior looks lovely especially with the 3rd row being given a sunroof air condition system and charging points.
This BMW X7 will not worry the big names now in the 4x4 - SUV world like Rolls Royce, Lamborghini, and others. This is BMW X7 is going to give Audi, VW,JEEP, CITRON, RENAULT, And others and dare I say it, I dare I dare maybe Range Rover could at last have a rival and a contender.

Uncommon knowledge: BMW is the largest exporter of vehicles built in the United States. Thanks to their SUV manufacturing plant in South Carolina.
Which should ashame all the American manufacturers. There are not so many US cars which are attractive enough for customers outside the US..., because US cars mostly just suck. The fact that BMW with its Spartanburg plant is the biggest car export company in the US is quite significantly.

You can get the same one you tested for cheaper with the straight 6 which is better and good enough for every day use.

I found the X5 to be the athlete with all the opulent features. The X7 feels a lot bigger with the same opulent features. The X5 front and second row is exactly the same size as the X7 and is a large mid-size SUV and what the size the Germans do best. I went with a loaded out X5 50i M-Sport V8TT and it’s performance is a monster. Stupid fast getting a real world 0-60mph draggy time of 3.97 seconds. Blast from 60mph to triple digit speeds is too easy and addictive. The 40i is enough but the 50i V8TT is in another zip code of muscle/luxury SUV. It’s all about performance expectations and what your wallet will award you.
I looked at an X7 M50i yesterday. The same color as the one you tested. I said the same thing you said Steve. It's a Monster. I want it and my Birthday is Thursday. Happy Halloween!!!!

You're great, but... do you ever say anything negative? It does sound a bit like a commercial. Any funding from the auto makers (full disclosure, please :-)
No funding...wish there was! In my defense...I did say something "kinda-sorta" negative. I said the folding seats took a little while to drop so you have to have patience plus I repeated the thought when I was moving the mid-row seat forward to get into the back seat. Ugh !! That grill ! BMW use to make sleek and classy cars . Now it’s quantity over quality . They’ve ruined the 7 series . The 2020 S class is going to be beautiful

Hi steve. Nice review! Sadly 95% of all the tech in this car or any other vehicle of today is completely useless! I'd be having more fun driving a 90's car knowing that I'M driving with FULL control! Cars are toys today, after a while you just get fed up with it..... just sad!
This X7 has so many electrical parts that are doomed to fail before 30k miles....
X7, GLS what ever they make for soccer moms, nothing matches the road presence of a Blacked out Escalade ESV.
Yeah but then the interior is 🤮🤮🤮 most masculine looking vehicle but that interior is a let down. Last I check you soend all your time inside the vehicle not outside. Until then Navigator takes the wheel as America's classleading SUV
Yeah, sure... LOL! An "Escalade" is just a big piece of shit, you dummy! The German cars are so far ahead in technology and all the features. Even such a big BMW SUV drives like a true BMW and not like a fucking stupid "firetruck" like an "Escalade"... You certainly have no fucking clue, buddy!
