What? How do you guys get a manual? It's CVT only in my country, and no turbo options in Crosstrek/XV, forester, or outback :(
@@michaelperkins399 only the lower 2 trims with 2.0l are available in manual, anything with a 2.5l gets cvt.

I can't believe you jumped it with stock suspension, I didn't think my trek (@CarolinaCrosstrek) could handle it. My struts are starting to go out and just thinking about jumping mine without new or aftermarket struts by Bilstein with some Rallitek coils makes me cringe. I feel would've busted broken the whole steering knuckle. You've now inspired me to get new struts and some skids sir.

Looks like my wood runs starting deep in the desert up the mountain to the old forest service roads then load the old outback sport down with fire wood then back down the mountain and back through the deep sand back to the house i have the 3" lift though and my leds are hidden in the hood scoop

Just bought my 21 crosstrek premium and stumbled on you guys. Awesome!!! Is there a video of the lift install? I notice your kit doesnt use spacers to drop the rear subframe. I've read the new platform doesnt require them to maintain good geometry...true? Thanks in advance.
We only have a PDF install guide, no video on the install. We haven't had an issue running it without spacers, however we will be giving people the option of spacers in the future if they wish to.

@@crawfordsti Looking forward to it, that 30+ extra pony's gonna make all the difference in the world over the 2.0, especially after the air/oil separator, the exhaust, and the billet power block and a maybe even a tune to optimize the scavenging for the new exhaust

This is a bad ass build and surely an inspiration to many. I have a question; at about the 2:02 mark the front bumper is flexing back and forth. Is that normal? In my mind steel flexing over time will break. Thanks

Vibration like that won’t break anything. Your suspension coil springs flex millions of times by design and work right?? Those are steel. Some flex is desirable for many parts.

Love the way it looks, but despite the description saying no modifications are needed, we had to saw through the OEM skid plates.
I also purchased the rear bumper guard and experienced issues with it fouling up my collision detection sensors when reversing, causing the brakes to lock up HARD!
I'm terrified to back up in my own brand new car.
I messaged Crawford through their website's chat, but was ignored after a brief exchange where I was informed they would consult engineering.
I left voicemails that were never returned and I responded to one of their many ads to my inbox and a Mark Schlachter answered, claiming to be the CEO.
I described the issue I was having and he sounded professional and concerned at first, but then he, took stopped answering.
As of now, it's been 2 weeks since I've had a response on chat and 1 week since the CEO chose to ignore me.
No one answers the phones, so I have to say the communication and customer service are practically non-existent.
Has the vehicle been lifted and the suspensions changed in this crosstrek? Because I have a crosstrek too but the stock suspensions seem to be very stiff. And apparently that’s normal for this model.

Stock Crosstrek Engine. However we have added an Air Oil Separator for safety and a Billet Power Block for a little extra power. You can check them out on our website! www.crawfordperformance.com

It's the CVT. MT would probably be a lot more fun though!

Bro, when you get full droop on the front, do you get a metal on metal contact sound? Like if the control arms are hitting the travel stops?? I got my front end off the ground and heard that sound...
I'm not entirely sure.. We haven't heard that before.

How much power is it making over stock?
The engine itself is stock and has not been modified. The only modification directed towards boosting power is our Billet Power Block which ads an additional 10HP & 22TQ.
Crawford Performance probably lost 50hp with them tires though lol

I bought the front and back bumper guards.
The front guard required sawing through the OEM skid plates, despite the site stating no modifications were required.
The rear guard interfered with the safety sensors, causing the brakes to lock up when reversing.
All I did was politely and patiently ask for information, but after being blown off for weeks, I posted negative reviews in various places, which prompted juvenile threats and name calling via email from their CEO, Mark Schlachter, but he offered a refund after I placed a BBB comlaint.
Shameful that this unprofessional company is associated with Subaru.

LT235/75R15. However I would definitely recommend going with the LT215/75R15

@@blakehughes65 For an all around tire we recommend the LT215/75R15. BFGoodrich makes a L225/65R17, but that's for a 17" wheel. We like the extra suspension the 15" give you with the larger sidewall.
