@@Shiny_Hunter_Red Definitely! Quick question, do you know how to stop the Rosalina menu coming up when pressing B with a 3DS game running and input redirection is inactive?
@@shinycollector7 Right above ‘Start InputRedirection’ in the Rosalina menu there is an option to change menu combo. My only guess as to why that may be happening is maybe you accidentally changed the combo to just B.
2:33 “I took it off to save battery” You can also map one of the macro buttons to SLEEP which will completely turn off both screens to decrease battery use. Then you tap on the bottom screen to turn them back on
Really cool setup and great vid explaining how to put it all together. I really want a wireless setup for hunting old Pokémon games but with how expensive it is and how broke I am I’ll probably just have to continue manually hunting lmfao
@@Gutswitdaboof710 Yeah as cool as this setup is it really isn’t practical money wise. If you really want to you could mod one at a time and save up for others
@ true and it’s definitely something I have in mind but it’s also permanently modding a system so I would want to do it with any of my childhood stuff so that In itself is another dilemma for me
@@snakesockGato So the website I used to learn how to do the macros is in the description below, “DS Transmitter Cart Setup”. Looking back though I should have gone more in depth in this video about that.
You didn't need to hide the ip address. Local ips are only used within your network. Your public ip also doesn't follow the same scheme as the local ip.
this man is the reason gameboy games are $200 lol
Naw us prices are just goofy
U might be right
@@shinyhunternono9962 you're right I was looking at prices in other countries like Japan and Germany and the US is so expensive
youre an absolute madman, definitely an enthusiast if ive ever seen one
Great editing and video! Congrats on 100 subs
@@DustyTDI Thank you bro
Such a cool setup! I didn’t realize input redirection with a modded 3DS/2DS was so easy. Super useful to know!
@@shinycollector7 glad I could be of help :)

I think the setup is cool and relaxing!
That's actually really cool man! How interesting, the modding scene never ceases to amaze me
Thanks for the insights !
Hey, this is pretty cool! Thanks for sharing
awesome video! learned some cool things today, especially the input redirect function with a homebrewed 3DS.
That’s pretty freaking gnarly dude!
Cool setup. Subscribed.
Dude congratulations man :).
Great video thanks for explaining the old consoles method of controlling multiple device at the same time
This is crazy!

did you do the game boy macro mod? 2:03
@@vvvela08 I did for the most part, but didn’t rewire the speakers since this ds will never need to output sound

I have a 4 ds lite set up all with flex boards and didn't know they could macro😅

@@Tabby_uwu oh thanks, I wasn’t sure. I didn’t think I needed to hide it while editing the video but I did just in case
Meanwhile I just use an emulator
I only got a Mac and one modded 3ds is this possible
@@shinyhunternono9962 it should still be possible if you can find a way to run that program on your Mac with something like Wine or Bootcamp
😂. Wait. Are u serious?
Nobody told this person that action replays exist.
