HK Army Aerolite 2 Regulator Pressure Adjustment

Just got one of these from ANS Gear did not come with a chart or a tool. Also it has 1-red, 1-blue and 1-silver shim. Did HK Army change the shim colors?

What is the output pressure with no shams at all? I have a cs1.5 so trying to see which is best for it- 1 blue sham or no shams?
