Gil was my music teacher since 1st grade. I used to always look forward to music time with him. He was the reason why I enjoyed music class at the time. I remember the Turkey Trot song he sang with us, and watching him conduct the elementary school band in concerts. I will never forget him, because he was part of the reasons why I love music so much. RIP Mr. Barakat 😇
