Also worth noting, the Landyachtz website where I picked up this deck notes the deck-scrub as a feature rather than a bug. From the site: “The graphic is see through, reveling veneers dyed in red, yellow and blue creating a 5 color fade. This technique guarantees that every deck is completely one of a kind. One of our favorite aspects of the ride is bouncing it off the ground while carving. As the graphic scrapes away, it reveals more colors, creating an ever-changing look.”
@@MichaelLargent I ordered the blank deck because I’m in love with my current setup. I’m using Caliber trucks, wheels are Sector 9 Butterballs; bearings are the Bones (Reds). I cannot wait to try them out on this deck, especially with that BOUNCE 😍
@@MichaelLargentjust got it yesterday and spent about four hours putting it through different styles; overall it’s very impressive. You want a detailed review here or DM it?
@@jamesondoggomus4023 post it for the world to see! Sounds like you had a good time. How tight are you riding your trucks? I'm thinking about dewedging the rear truck a few mm.
@@MichaelLargent been two months and this became my main ride; over time I went with looser trucks than i normally ride on, this deck shines the more carve out on it.
Landyatchz commented that the bottom graphic will change colors as the graphic scrapes the ground. I really wanted one but being 6'3" and weighing 250 I might bottom that thing out.😂
no u wouldnt i am 250 and run the drop cat 38 is a dream so good i have to really pump carve to bottom out wich i dont mind doing doesnt ware down much
@@MichaelLargent I actually have a switchblade and absolutely love it. I have a DB wolf as well. I'm just looking for something different. This board looked really different
Tighten or get bushings appropriate for your weight will fix all the issues you mention .. I am heavy, I set my trucks loose, YOUR board is defective LOL You might be better off on a scooter!
It turns out the board is designed to scrape. I talked to them about it and details are on the site. Not sure if they always were but it's definitely mentioned now.

Those bearings are spaceballs, that’s landyachtz in house brand and they are perfectly adequate. Great video thanks for uploading it.
Great info! Thank you for sharing.
Just ordered this deck yesterday; super stoked for it to arrive
Excellent! Let me know what you think when it comes in. What trucks are you pairing with it?

Editing some now. 🤘
It's live!
Damn, really itchin to buy this one or the Pranayama. :/
Any thoughts maybe?
Well that depends. What are you planning to do with it?
I was going to buy this board tomorrow. Then you mentioned that you're 170 lb. I can't get this board. Sure looks awesome though!
Well, happy I could help if at least in some way. Maybe look at the Switchblade? It's stiff, sturdy, and honestly rides better IMO.
