Aren't you worried about water getting in the rollers of the primary? If one of those rollers sticks from corrosion it goes bad quickly.... where they are located makes it almost impossible to blow them out with air while the clutch is assembled.

I'm not. After blowing out with air and letting the clutch spin any water is displaced.

i recently put the clutch fan from RPM. seems to blow alot of air

So far I haven't seen any issues with heat. The new design seems to push a lot of air thru the enclosure.
