One of the first symptoms of overtraining for me is dry skin on hands, knee pain, digestive issues.

I am so happy I found your videos. I think they contain a lot of wisdom on this counter-intuitive subject. I've learned a lot after just watching a couple of them and plan to watch a lot more. Thanks for what you have done!

You trailblazer you. A very different but much better kind than you used to push for😜 your early videos used to scare the crap out of me, no way did I want to let go of training so much or eating so controlled. I was actually constantly challenged by the professionals I worked with to do the deeper work, and they were a physiotherapist, two dietitians and yes a sports psychologist. I was very blessed to have the right people in my corner. Now that I've done a lot of the hard work, I love videos like this, they keep reminding me of the need to keep up with this stuff, you can't just get better and stop working on your mental health. It's a constant practice. Rather than being scared to challenge myself, I love it! I know it'll make my life better. Can't wait to watch the next one😊

I just love you! Your videos help me so much while trying to unravel the mystery of my HA and in my goals of having a fully recovered body before another pregnancy bc not being fully recover DOES affect pregnancy even if you are doing everything right during pregnancy. I know from experience.

I was completely naive. I ignored my symptoms because i didnt realize overtraining was a thing. I thought exercise was always good for you! I was an idiot! I used to workout for 3 hours a day about 4 days a week.... i was weight training, hiit and boxing. I loved it and was passionate about my workouts. I was very fit. But it bit me in the butt... slowly but surely i started gaining fat in my tummy first (high cortisol), than my hips, thighs and butt. Now even my boobs have gotten bigger. I have gained about 8 to 10lbs of fat over the last year which isnt terrible but sucks that i have no control over my body anymore and i do not like how i look. I just feel fluffy. Not to mention ive lost muscle too and i have bad bloating from stomach inflammation. This sucks. Wish i knew about overtraining sooner...

I totally understand and believe me, you're not alone. The remedy, of course, is to give your body rest. I am sorry that we have all been led to believe that the body doesn't have limits, but it does!! Email me with questions if you like...this can be a long road...acaseofthejills@gmail.com

I feel you. I was weight training 6 days a week and tried to train for a marathon on top of that. Few months later i started feeling a constant fatigue and even walking becomes an effort. Also got clinically diagnosed depression and anxiety. It felt like pure suffering and i was almost suicidal. Luckily i saw a good sports doctor and things started improving after a long rest

Hi your video was interesting, explains the high fat anyway. Just wondering can you gain weight easily like hypothyroidism. I am up to two hours a day on 1300-1400 calories . In 2 years have doubled my body fat but still gaining so I cant improve appearance or muscle mass and want to throw up at times form exhaustion. I am looking for a second opinion for hypo-thyroid or overtraining I gained 2 pounds this week on that intake and I cant look good anymore growing out of my parents tee shirts.Have you seen a case of this type of fat gain as its very distressing having had anorexia feel my body is playing a cruel joke on me

Sonicz Forever I also developed hypothyroidism after a year of doing only cardio. I heard strength training might help along with eating right just start slow with putting stress on your body
