Flo is a gem! So much joy. I am 70 and have been running for 46 years and to celebrate, am running 7 marathons this year. My goal is to still be at it at 90. Thank you for sharing Flo with the World.
WAY TO GO FLO!!!... One bit of advice (from a former T&F athlete/ coach): FOLLOW THROUGH-on your puts and throws. You'll add a few feet to both. Keep up the GREAT work.
I hope people like Flo inspire people to do that same, women especially. Our bodies are far more capable than we realise, it's a shame we waste our potential
Flo is a legend. Also check out another legend Nadine O'Connor. She has the world record for the highest decathlon score ever, men or women with 10,234 points when she was 67. Let me explain. There is world decathlon scoring table last ratified in 2001 that gives points based on performances. In order for Masters athletes to score, when their marks are not high enough up the scale to gain significant points, each age division has a conversion percentage where their marks are amplified to appear on the decathlon scale. Nadine was off the charts, for example her world record for the pole vault in the 65 division was better than even she did in the 55 division (no conversion used). Still today, only she and Flo hold the world record for every age division over 60. And the other women in that competition could give your average high schooler a run for their money.

This story inspires me to remain physically active. I am in my fifties, and I have a physical disability, so it is very important to stay active.
I hope people like Flo inspire people to do that same, women especially. Our bodies are far more capable than we realise, it's a shame we waste our potential
Awesome
Absolutely Beautiful, Mrs. Meiler

Get 'em!
Tremendous!
You GO Flo!
You don’t stop moving because you get old, you get old because you stop moving. And of course, genetics.
This is what toughness looks like. I hope to push my limits at least half as hard as Flo.
What a woman!!
Go with the FLO!

It really SHOULD be an Olympic event. What is anybody afraid of?
You need to talk to them with a big bag of money.
