Closed ShopRite in Piscataway, NJ

This location closed down in May 2024. They have relocated to the new location in South Plainfield, NJ in the Hadley Commons Plaza. I think this ShopRite has been here since the 90s but I could be wrong. Hope a new grocery store takes over the place, like an Aldi or Wegmans.

The shoprite that is in Piscataway NJ is in Middlesex County not in Somerset County. I like shoprite but not this one. Here is more information that this shoprite moved where the former Hobby Lobby was in Piscataway.

Do you know if anyone took over the following:
*Christmas Tree Shops in Bridgewater, NJ - have asked Dick's Sporting Goods to take over
*KFC in Hackettstown, NJ - have asked Chick-fil-A to open there
*Kmart, Westwood, NJ - have asked Dick's Sporting Goods to open here
*Boston Market, Paramus, NJ - have asked Aspen Dental to take over
*Capital One, Parsippany, NJ - have asked Aspen Dental to take over
Or are any or all of these are still vacant?

This ShopRite closed May 7th, and the newer store down the road opened May 8th.

This Shoprite was from the mid 90s. I remember it from the late 90s, early 00's when my best friend was living in Piscataway.
