Today we are stopping in Morgantown West Virginia, easily one of my favorite cities in the state. There is a lot here in the way of entertainment. Enjoy a show at one of the theaters, or grab a drink and dinner at one of the popular restaurants. Sit back, and enjoy a small tour with me.

I second that! Most of the time WV makes the news because of something bad happening. There is a lot of good in the natural resources and in her people.
Loved your video! As for anyone trying to bash you for your pronunciations of things (because Americans are so well known for pronouncing names of other cultures correctly 🙄) they probably can only speak one language anyway. Keep up the good work and enjoy your travels!

I grew up in Morgantown and it truly is a gem. I recognized almost every shot you captured, with the exception of prickett’s fort, that’s in fairmont and I’ve never been (honestly I don’t know anyone who has haha). Next time you pass through check out the evansdale area/suncrest and the beautiful cheat lake :)
I will surely come out that way again. Morgantown is a great place. Sounds like some great suggestions.

Very nice positive video. As a West Virginian, I thank you for posting it. If you make it back that way, check out Cooper Rocks State Forest, just a few miles east on I-68. It has beautiful views and trails.

Good video, that is awesome that they reconstructed that old frontier fort. Had I known that was there I would have drove out there and checked it out when I was stationed in Virginia.
What part of Virginia were you stationed in? My first stop in the US when I came in was DC and Northern Virginia.
@@exotictravelwithrain9504 I was stationed in Norfolk. DC has some cool things to see, never made it to the Smithsonian when I was there.

Getting caught up on your videos. I feel like they improved! I like the video layouts and cinematography. At about 7:18 it seemed the camera man was a bit out of breath based upon contrast of movements from rest of the video haha! Were you able to go into the fort? Last time I was there the inside was closed.
It was closed when we went there. Maybe it will be open if we get to do a followup trip at some point.

I am glad you found the video to be great. I try my best when it comes to English, but throw in some words that are not entirely English, and all hope of a legible pronunciation are lost lol.

To you it may seem normal because you are from there. I am obviously not originally from the United States. To someone like myself, this is about as exotic as it gets. West Virginia to most of the world is unknown outside of John Denver's song. Enjoy a little free publicity, I am not monitored on UA-cam, and I don't think anyone is interested in paying money for me to film (though I wouldn't mind if they decided to lol)
WV has plenty of problems, but I think it's super cool to see it through the eyes of someone who wasn't born there. She focused on the positive, maybe you could try that too.

This town Morgantown is the lowest slime pit to west virginia and its mainly because of its hospitals and no good care for there patients,,,so if you went to Die then just go to there hospitals 😢😮😢😮,,,,
