Super Easy Air Fryer Granola (Less than 30 minutes!)

- This super easy granola recipe is one of my favorites. Make it in the air fryer in 20ish minutes and store it in air-tight containers for snacking through the weeks.
Ingredients Needed for Granola:
2 cups old-fashioned oats
3 Tablespoon brown sugar
½ Tablespoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon kosher salt
3 Tablespoon oil avocado, coconut, or any neutral tasting oil
2 Tablespoon maple syrup
Additional Opt-Ins
½ cup walnuts
½ cup raisins
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ cup dried cranberries

I love a little bit of granola in my yogurt for crunch, but store bought ones are disgusting. I used to make mine in the oven, so I had to make big batches to make it worth it. I'm so happy that I can make it now in smaller batches (so that I don't have to worry about it going bad or anything).

I love this idea! Way better than heating up the entire house with the oven. I've been having so much fun with my air fryer this summer, using the dehydrator cycle to dry a ton of herbs from my garden. :) I'll bet that granola smells so good while it's cooking! :)

Thanks for sharing this going to try cook time 300degrees 15 minutes stir every 5 minutes love in yogurt too do you.buy old fashion oats or quick for this recipe

@@MyForkingLife thanks I tried this was delicious I didn't have maple syrup so I substitute it with pancake syrup still good
I used this recipe as a guide, tweaked slightly with less sweetness and add ins but it came out great. Addictive through. Two thumbs up.

Can this be done in the air fryer oven?
Yup! You may need to adjust the time a little. I don’t my air fryer oven usually takes a few minutes longer than my basket.
Can you use honey instead of maple syrup?
