I need to change the shaft seal on my 130S-A during my next haul-out, and I still don't know if this is something that can be done during a "short haul" (boat stays in the slings).
Great video. I needed an impact driver to get the drain plug out. Did you put the new seals in back to front? I believe the flat side should face inwards as we are mainly keeping water out, not oil in.

Thanks for sharing, but the hard part is getting the bearing race and seals out, which you omitted to show in the video.
True. The seal extraction moment does not appears. But the trick is to push both forwards (bow direction) with a big screwdriver and a hammer.

Sorry for the delayed answer. I changed both seal rings in the same disposition they were. With the flat side outwards.
