    Wearing shoes throughout your life diminished the sensory messaging and mind body connection to your feet. Overtime you miss out on all of the tactile information that your feet are trying to send to your brain!

    Take your shoes off whenever you can! Specially outside let your toes feel the sand, grass, woods, leaves. Give your feet the opportunity to expand and explore the ground. Grounding has many health benefits. That direct contact with the Earth's electric charge stabilizes your physiology, reduces inflammation, pain, and stress, improves blood flow, energy, and sleep, and generates greater well-being.
