Just got this monitor for £159! The flat model was 144hz and had an IPS and was same price but I wanted a curved and I've heard the VA panels aren't really bad at all, also this is 165hz too.
Brilliant monitor, absolutely love it. The VA panel is as good as any IPS I've had. Very vibrant colours and no backlight bleed like you might find on an IPS. Highly recommend.

Need help choosing monitor: Im planning on going to 1440p and going to buy second hand. For 110 euro i can get a msi optix g27CQ4, for 130 i can get a MSI Optix G272CQP. Hi , I have this monitor and the display port shows no signal error message. DP only gets the signal at BIOS screen and BIOS utility and as soon as the window starts booting it loses the signal. I have the 32 bigger brother version and i have spotted that the black colored objects weather its a window in Windows or dark walls in games is ghosting...idk if thats correct term but it looks like blurred when moving leaving trace.only black color.in some games and apps its more visible in some less.anyone experienced this ?possible recomended settings or fix?ive tried multiple settings but no luck..GC is 4070Ti with up to date drivers if that matter
@@CornOnion I play games like League of Legends, fps shooter, and other games. The picture is really nice in my opinion. The curvature is more than enough to feel a special kind of immersion in game worlds. Also, the reaction time is noticeably short. The color range is also pretty amazing and the dark areas are very dark (not grey ish like cheap screens). In my opinion, this monitor was worth every dollar I spent on it.
Because I've got the g-force GT 1030 my response time will have to go down to probably 60 hertz. Will this monitor allow me to lower the refresh rate to 60 HZ? Thanks!

All the monitors are 4ms response. Monitor brands are always lying. The only true 0.5ms you can get is with TN panel monitors. Every pro player use TN panels. Some IPS. But IPS is way slower than a TN. I don't like IPS to be honest. For gaming TN all the way. (competitive game style of course). For anything else, VA is better.

Brilliant monitor, absolutely love it. The VA panel is as good as any IPS I've had. Very vibrant colours and no backlight bleed like you might find on an IPS. Highly recommend.

You have to enable it in your nvidia display settings and change it to pc and choose 165 hz if you have amd i cant help yoi

HDMI runs up to 144hz so you should be okay with refresh rate. But I am not sure about 1440p. Worst case scenario is you can get 1080p

You should try enabling it from the PC settings manually.

or use display port? hdmi only goes to 144 hz, oc might work to if u already using DP

Ps5 doesn't support 2k
But since it 2.0 it probably downscale the 2.1 HDMI cable to to 2.0 for 2k 60hz

If you have a room with low light, then 250 nits brightness will be enough.
