"No Fun" Glutes Instructed

    THE WORKOUT:
    60 sec WORKING : 30 sec REST
    1-2 sets (go with what you feel!)
    THE EXERCISES:
    -Bulgarian Split Squat LEFT side x60 sec
    -Bulgarian Split Squat RIGHT side x60 sec
    -Gorilla Rows x60 sec
    -Step Up RIGHT side x60 sec
    -Step Up LEFT side x60 sec
    -Halo into RDLs x60 sec
    Run all 6 exercises as a circuit with 30 seconds of rest between each exercise. Repeat full circuit twice if your cheeks can stand it. None of these exercises need be done with weights, you can always start with just body weight.
