They say Rome wasn't built in a day. They haven't met Alex Rome!
Bars 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Rome was made 50% faster after watching this video
I believe Alex Rome was built over the course of 9 months my friend
That intro synth riff hits ya right in the feels! Nicely done sir!
Bro you’re so chill and your love for music and the production process is so evident. I love making music and your passion for it is incredibly contagious
I don’t make much EDM these days but your videos are phenomenal and I think anyone producing can benefit from them. Thanks for making stellar content ❤
I don't make EDM but those tips are very useful for future type beats like new jazz
Every tutorial applies to all genres, i feel like.
Dude please finish and release this track as a full song. PLEASE.
Just wanna say I really appreciate Alex for how much he teaches us in these videos. Definitely a natural artist.
Absolutely No one:
Alex: Now we’re gonna take the third and raise it up an octave
This is the only person who uses a different DAW than me, but i can still follow the tutorials to a T. Great teacher, great vibes
God Bless you for always coming through with these amazing tutorials for maximum extraction. I appreciate you!
It would be amazing if you could do a video explaining some terms used in music to describe a sound, like how you said that you wanted to make it sound more expressive. I hear many other musicians use these terms, and I don't always know what they mean.
Alex is an absolute genius. Love what you do ❤
I can feel what your feeling... music isn't just something I listen to. It's a feeling and expression of emotion.
Arrangement is the most challenging part for me and AR has the best info to make things feel out of the speakers
the way it does in my brain
Thankyou so much, your
explanations are absolutely spot on !! I have no idea how to build songs but it's such an addictive hobby your videos keep me progressing little by little, do your courses include sound design with serum and sylength I love trance, it's all I want to make 😢
Going with such a trance defying sound from the very begging and at the 4:00 mark saying that you are going deep house direction. Strange. Its a Textbook Trance right there. Just slow BPM. Sounds f*king amazing!
I do this naturally in a lot of my music. My track 'The Golden City' (deephouse) is a good example.
I hate and love how much I've grown to trust you because I'm about to seriously consider your class even though im fully self taught up until this point, i believe your course can help push my style over the top and get me some actual progress in a music carrer, mixing and mastering is what im hoping to get the most out of but im sure the other aspects will help a great deal as well
Sylenth 1 is awesome that's the only plugin I desired to have when I started producing 😊😊
the reason why that ride cymbal makes your chorus sound bright is because usually the top register of your song isn't hit until you reach the drop in the first place - that comes with high pads, high vocals, high harmony, melodies that hit higher and higher notes to add change, etc. the ride just utilises the free space
You are my teacher from today!!!
i love how you show us through different daws
Since I started following him my melody skills have improved by leaps🔥🔥🔥💪 thanks a lot!!
Everytime I watch one of your videos, I'm like "how does he make it look so easy". and it's beauriful 👍
Come
Back man i miss you
thank you, very usefull and not too complicated, simple structure to fully understand :)
This guy is awesome ! Everytime I look for help in creating music he always pops up in my searches !
I'm gonna cry
Would love to see you break down one of REZZ's songs
Incredible insight. So much value, even for veterans of electronica. I am an instant subscriber to this.
Awesome video. Funny how you said "I would listen to this" sounded really surprised😂❤
Pure gold! The best part is these techniques do apply to any genre. ♥
This is so funny how you get self-hypped by what you're doing. Its touching :D Nice song and tips
''Step 1 is to come up with the prettiest melody''... I swear I'm trying Alex...
That was dope!
I enjoyed your music.
love your vids they’re really informative, fun and helpful! and i respect that youre making a living off doing good and helping other producers big ups
Awesome
I just like watching you work Alex, great stuff, you have a great ear man!
came back after a long time, you didn't say it but this video made me 20% better ❤🔥❤🔥
I like how you present your videos..as you say it.. its just beautiful
Thank you megamind.
Rome the Homie! Thanks my dude
Alex all you had to do after was add a bass drop and this could've been a banger!!
Just bought 2 of your Packs !!!!! Their pretty good
dang i really learn a lot from your videos, i really appreciate that you make this kind of content
Dope!!!
loved this so much.
Blowing MY MIND!
@Alex Rome I tried to enroll in your bootcamp but it says you don't have time slots available in February for your 15 minute required conference call!
I tried clicking both the front and back arrow on the calendar month and it wouldn't allow me to change the month to March or April for example. I'm
stuck and it won't let me do anything to advance to the next page because of this. I think it could possibly be a bug with your site and the *BOOKING*
section of that website. Hopefully you see this comment and can get back to me on this.
Alex Rome. Thanks man😊🙏🏼.
This is energy
That was awesome dude.
The Bob Ross of EDM
Your are so melodious person
Amazingggggg
Your video lessons are really good. Thanks :-)
Great video Alex thankyou ❤
That's 🔥🔥🔥🔥fire and energy 💪💪💪
nice one ALEX
Incredible!! ❤🙂
oh my gyat this isgood
Hey Alex, love the videos. I noticed you go back-and-forth between FL Studios and Ableton. I do prefer the keyboard in FL, but prefer Ableton for pretty much everything else. Was just wondering if there’s anything else you like better about FL studios?
Nice work 😊
cool
@4:36 We are!
Bro hooow 😍🤤🤤
Do you have full versions of these songs?
Yes! This is beautiful especially the bass harmony ❤
Where you can listen to the final version of this composition.
Hello!!
Please I have been following you for a very long time, and I really love and like your tutorial, thanks 🤝.But please I want to ask you some question, please which app do you use to render your tutorial videos?? because they are very high revolution and clear in quality but at the same time they have small file sizes.
Great work I need some of this guidance, great synth work
Can you show us how to make make a beat like. Things I said by nu aspect??
Did he ever make a full track from this?
That ducking effect using the plugin could just be replicated with sidechain compression, right? I'm working off of mostly stock and free plugins plus serum
i usually make like chill slow beats, i feel like an edm beat seems impossible lol - any tips?
Someone please tell me how he made that bass! I need that asap 😮
awesome
whats that first sound you used? like whats it called? plucked something? or like what
Hey Alex, not sure if i missed the video on it but what effect chain do you use on pianos?
Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.......
WHERE'S THE SONG ? 😄 I WANNA HEAR IT !
please complete the track and relase it
❤
If you can't Trance, you haven't subscribed to Alex!
Bro, you from Delco?
This is amazing, what studio do you use? Anyone know?
nice 👍
Alex how did you make the sound at the 4th blue part? Sounds like a human vocal chopped
it is a human vocal chopped and stretched. Then I put some pulsing lfo on it with Shaperbox 3
Bro i don't know if anyone has ever said this to you. But you kinda look and sound like George Janko
Would love to know how the last part was made
The part with that pulsing vocal and mellow pad?
@@AlexRome Yess! The one that starts 10:02
The links at the top of the description, aren't working properly.
thanks so much for pointing that out my man! I wouldn't have caught it otherwise.
btw, can I make a suggestion? Your face cam, the background looks so dark, may I suggest lighting up your background a bit more and not having such a, called in video terms, hard light on your face?
1:47 ПРОСТО ОХУИТЕЛЬНО🤩
When will you post your songs on the internet?
Feel like they’re non-existent and I want to get a feel for if your videos are worth continuing to watch…
Kinda sounds like deadmau5 imo
Advice if you're stuck. Just don't make music, go hang out with your friends or do other activities.
e
geometry dash music....
This is a classic trance track my guy.
hope you're ok Alex 🙏🏻 looking forward to your next vid 😎👍🏻
