Sure you'll get a discount for that comment lol.
Big up
Brooooo! That first synth sound and the pluck is 1000000000% Deadmau5
Literally strobe deadmau5 era
just add unison to a saw wave, turn down the detune, and send a plucky envelope to the filter. done. (oh you'll need a lil delay and reverb) trust me that's it!
@@Bthelicki can hear it
Absolute quality tutotial. It's short, it's minimalistic yet detailed and the sounds aswell as the composition is just pure emotion. Thank you for your service
"its like heaven!" haha wish i could mix with this guy such good character energy
its Heavinly presence.
sounds so much like: sleepless - avaion, when the melody hits. Which is amazing and has an amazing feel. Great work, you are very inspiring
Yessss!!! Such a good song
3:55 - For what it's worth, he literally says "I'm going to copy the rhythm from my favorite song right now, it's called Sleepless" and shows the album art for it.
Wow! This is incredible. Seriously, I have playlists dedicated to music production and this is top 5 over all the years. Kudos to you brother. Thank you!
can i have the playlist? 😅
I wouldn't mind having a link for that too ✌️
Back after a couple of years. Earlier videos helped get me started. Now I’m looking to develop what I’ve learned. Thanks for the tips. 👍🏽👍🏽
Another great video Alex. Really easy to follow. Brilliant stuff 😁👊🔥🔥

great video and absolutely beautiful "chord" progression, thanks for sharing
Bro I’m really speechless 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Congratulations man
Beautiful. So simple yet so powerful.
It's so wholesome how excited Alex gets when listening to what he just added. It's just some simple serum soundwaves put together yet it actually moves me to tears when I hear it. Beautiful work.
Clear and concise! Love this man!
Possibly the best tutorial EVER! Thank you, Alex : )
What a great and practical tutorial!! Thank you
I love this genre of music and know a lot of songs which have this style, and from your composition can be seen your skills and experience. Great job and thank you!
Dude so sick!!!! Thanks for breaking it down like this 🔥
Very exciting video, you are an EXCELLENT teacher! Thank you.
You just blew my mind here. Great.
Dope video man. Very helpful. Especially liked the part where you added the atmospheric layers to the low energy section at the start 😊
Thanks for these lessons!
Just a lush for the ears! Amazing!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
You just casually make the best songs in every video😆 really helpfull💪
No he just indirectly shows how deadmau5 music works😂
@@TraxtasyMedia Fr hahaha
@@TraxtasyMediathere are a lot of artists like that, but deadmau5 is most famous out of them all... What I mean to say is, he's not showing how deadmau5 songs work... He's showing how classic EDM house music works :)
@@whitelikesnowfall kind of, but deadmau5 up to this day likes to implement an analog flavor to his tunes and the way these synths are build up is also the way deadmau5 makes his sounds most of the time. Name one artist that has the exact same synthsounds like deadmau5.
I don't want to start an argument whether this reflects EDM or deadmau5 specifically but, this was the first thing popping into my mind and yes every artist uses synths like Serum. And I found no one to a certain extent that sounds like this.
@@TraxtasyMedia it's hard to find exact same sounds from other artists... Because everyone has their unique style... What I meant is that classic EDM house music uses a lot of these similar sounds and techniques and why not... They work well... Just like we see in this video, that song sounds really cool (to me)
You make making music feel very simple... Cheers🙂
Nice strategy brother! Interesting 👏💯
Very straightforward instructions, thank you
love when you post
Quality arrangement, using a simple design strategy. I liked the balance didnt sound cluttered or overworked.
Sounds epic bro and great tutorial thank you
I really learned that dotted pattern from this tutorials ...Thank you Alex 🔥🔥🔥
Great beat that Alex, has the funk!
Your always great Alex 👍

Wow! great tut thanks.
This works like a charm, thanks Alex!
This is absolutely amazing!!!!!
Good stuff, man.
This is sick🔥🔥🔥
bro, I'll be straight honest, I wasn't fully engaged until 11:15 when you dropped in. right there I was like yup, time to subscribe
Pure art man❤
You are a unbelievably Great teacher!
You are the best Alex 👍👍
Such beautiful music ❤
Wow. I got some ideas now. Thanks :D
fire video brother
those drums are 🔥🔥🔥
Great video!
Class Alex 🙌
Nice work re
AMAZING, TYSM Alex
Amazing. Thank you!
And that (OEH!), ladies & gentlemen is what they call the hook. The "OEH" is the expression of joy when we discover one. 😂
nice to see more of the song being made.
you can shift + up/down arrow instead of dragging the notes to instantly move them up/down in the MIDI (in ableton)
Really appreciated. Thanks.
nicely done 👍
Love it!
Great stuff 10/10
Surely the "simplest stategy" is go to splice, pick a genre, pick a key and combine a drum loop , bass loop, chord stab and vocal in the same key? done!
Дякую друже за те що то робиш, є дуже класні моменти, які ти стрктуруєш👍 Бережи себе 🙏🇺🇦
Great tutorials
The best! Iam dj and producer from Brazil!
YOU ARE KING!!!!!
THE POPUPS >>>>> this also needs to go viral
Just simple, that groovy!
So awesome!
Alex!!!!!!!! You god, you 🖤🖤
Powerful 🔥🔥
Evet seçeneklerden böyle kısa başla bitir vidyoları olsaydı kesinlikle bu olmasını isterdim.
Harika vidyo💯
I am just starting in the music world and that percussion part looks intimidating but it sounded awesome
10/10 this is how all tutorials should be
haha no way, as soon as you played the first chord I thought I recognised it & then played sleepless to see if it matched... then u said it was ur fav song 😂
this tune came out nice
9:52 I didn't like the final result but the drums bro, they are awesome, what a rhythm I love it, I might take some inspiration from that, I wish you went over them a bit more in details :)
Your skills combined with your passion make you one helluva good teacher Maestro.
Your songs all do have a bit of an airy, melodic sound to them which is cool but not necessarily gonna get the dancefloor jumping at 3am.
Would be interesting to see you create something a little dirtier. Some filthy techy Kyle Watson kinda style.
wow thats some deadmau5-ey chords! amazing!
FL Studio user lets go Alex our best music teacher!!!
Who cares about the DAW? THE OUTCOME counts, DAWS are for creating music and sound but not what outcome is the result. The end-user is mostly not interested in what DAW someone used during production. The result counts.
@@TraxtasyMedia alr bud chillout I don't have enough theory music so chill ur *** down
@@andresfernandez2032 just wanted to inform you and the amount of theory actually doesn't matter at all :)
So good. Might as well call this "How To Bonobo"
good stuff
Very helpful
That pad 😍
loved it
Section is power.❤
Sick
Sick video
Very Nice , Reminds me of Rufus du sol tracks
YES!
It's Lit🔥
Hi Alex! Nice video thanks for all the tips! I was wondering where you got this drum samples, they are pretty cool and I would like to find them too
Finally in Ableton 🙏😂
Thumbs up for using Ableton. My favourite DAW. 👍
Have you switched to Ableton Alex?
😂 Alex often uses Logic, Live, and FL
Knowing and using many DAWS as a person who is into mixing and mastering make things much easier for clients, so they can send in their projects without having them to switch the DAW or just exporting WAV files
@@TraxtasyMedia Completely agree. It is also useful in teaching
@@VentureNW Interesting, I must have never landed on an Ableton video
@@BeatsbyVanity he's been mixing them up for as long as I have watched him. Sometimes it hurts my brain, when he uses FL. Lol
Great ! . Finally some ableton :D .
Hi Alex !!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤
Alex is pretty dope, yes. 👍
@@kaputzaremix he is definitely a cool guy
