UAFA means Unmanned Aircraft Flying Area. So RC planes should be fine but do check if you are also required to have that above 250g CAAS registration. I am not familiar with RC Fixed wings.
Maybe this additional information may be useful for you: There is a flying field for unmanned aircraft at Port Road (Labrador Park Area). It is run by Radio Modellers Singapore Flying Club. The field is open only to Radio Modellers Singapore members. Radio Modellers Singapore is the oldest registered club for the hobby. It was set up in 1954 and formally registered in 1962. can i fly mavic mini without drone registration? because the mavic mini is under 250 grams

If you use the "extended" batteries, then your total weight will exceed 250g.
